Today's featuring wedding showcases all the beauty surrounding Diane & Jerin's big celebration, and we are sure that you are going to love it so much that your heart will melt with tenderness and joy. So without further ado, let's begin this visual journey through the lens of Lightyear Studio, taking you inside the halls of the Resurrection of Our Lord Church to take a look at the beautiful wedding ceremony that united these two in marriage. And right from the start, we have to say that this life-changing event turned out to be fantastic thanks to Divine Events, who coordinated every moment of this celebration to make it beyond perfect! The halls of this contemporary venue were more than ready to host this memorable event, and Riehs Florist enhanced its beauty, placing gorgeous floral arrangements that everyone loved. And talking about things we loved, we want to take a moment to admire Diane's bridal look! She burst into the room looking like a goddess after being glamorized by Salon Moda, who did an outstanding job creating a nude makeup and a wavy hairstyle for this sweet Maharani. For this closing gala, April Robin transformed the halls of The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts into a fabulous setting, overflowing with luxury and elegance, making it a more than a perfect backdrop to celebrate these lovebirds' life milestone. And in case you were wondering who is the mastermind behind all the perfection delivered during this reception, it is none other than the talented team from Kaleidoscope Weddings. They enlivened every moment of the evening with a live performance that will forever be recalled by all the guests that had the pleasure to witnessed it. When diner time arrived, everyone enjoyed the culinary experience prepared by Garces Catering, and word on the street says that all the plates were so delicious that we so wish we were there to have had tried them. In between dancing, delicious food, and emotive speeches, this closing gala got to an end. Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
My proposal was absolutely the cutest thing!  Since I am originally from Tampa, Florida (I am a true Floridian and love my state), Jeff knew it would be important for me to get engaged at home.  In addition to that he chose one of my favorite locations (which is the beach) with our most precious little Nico.  I could tell that he was acting a bit nervous when we were walking on the beach and it become more apparent when he had to take random pictures near a lifeguard stand until he got on one knee.  Perfect day!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
To start the planning process, I did a lot of research online.  This was a very busy time in my life as I was completing my last year in fellowship so I tried to do as much as possible during random times.  In regard to our venue, we had a number on our list but as soon as we walked into the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, PA (Hamilton Roof Top Garden) we knew that it was the perfect venue for us!  It had an amazing view:)  I am also so pleased to have had the opportunity to work with amazing people that made the wedding so special.  I cannot thank enough Beauty by Archana/Jassi for my beautiful hair, Mandaps by Dhoom for a beautiful set up for the ceremony, and DJ Ravi Jackson for the can't miss Baraat.  In addition, my wedding photos (Twisted Oaks) and videographer (Fiore Films) are the best in the business.  We had the Bachelor Boy's for our band and it was such a fun time on the dance floor and we highly recommend them for any wedding!!!!  Thank you Jennifer at Kaleidoscope Weddings for coordinating everything on such a busy day.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
For my wedding, I decided to have a traditional South Indian Sari for the Indian ceremony and then a white dress for the reception.  Since I was planning my wedding during a busy time in my professional career, I was lucky that my dad and youngest brother were able to go to India and pick out the fabric and colors (gold, red and green) and then tailor them according the bridal party's specifications.  Since the wedding was in the summer, I really wanted to have a good color scheme for my bridesmaids and groomsmen.  The color that I ended up choosing was glacier and I think everyone looked amazing.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our wedding guests absolutely loved the Baratt and the Indian ceremony.  Since it was a fusion wedding, some of the guests had never been to a wedding with Indian components before.  They had an amazing experience witnessing the prayers and rituals that were performed for the ceremony in addition to seeing a fun filled Baraat with plenty of dancing!!  In addition, we had Alicia Finger for Live Event Painting.  During the ceremony, she depicted us during our first dance and it was absolutely amazing.  It captured us perfectly and the guests enjoyed watching her and the painting unfold!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
I would say the most special moment in the wedding was having my mom and dad walk me down that aisle towards the Mandap.  I know this is one of my dad's proudest moments and it made me so happy to see the joy in his eyes (and my mom as well) throughout the night.  It was very important for him to have an Indian component to the wedding in addition to having my bothers involved.  A family moment that will never be forgotten.  The other special thing for me was having a table dedicated to past loved ones on both sides of the family.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
The best words that I can say is to cherish your wedding day because it will go by so fast (with a blink of the eye).  Enjoy the moment with your family and friends because this is truly a celebration for all involved.

We've arrived to the end of this fabulous celebration, but don't forget to join us tomorrow for more! Same place, same time.
