Warwick, RI Indian Wedding by Salwa Photography

Good day, ladies! Do I have one amazing wedding for you girls today! Salwa Photography sent over some of the most stunning images from Maharani BIjal's wedding. So many in fact, that I had such a difficult time choosing which ones to use in today's posts. There were just too many amazing ones to select from! Planning and design guru, Sonal J. Shah Event Consultants, definitely played a hand in my dilemma because you can't have amazing images without amazing visuals, and wait until you see the out-of-this world floral designs by Design House Decor at this event. Before we jump into all that fabulousness, check out our bride getting ready for her wedding portraits, and ultimately her ceremony, in these eye-catching photos. What a gorgeous bride, right? Check out some of the pre-wedding partying that went down at our bride's garba in the gallery.

The bride on her groom's romantic proposal:

"The Beginning of our Happily Ever After...On Friday, I came home from work and thought I was going out to dinner in Providence with my parents and my sister, Hinal, at this new restaurant near the water called Jacky's. Hinal tried to get me to “look nice” and put on make-up (haha) so we could take pictures…but I was lazy and didn’t put on make-up. I said “whatever, it’s just dinner – I don’t have to dress up that much for it.” Little did I know…My Dad said he needed to meet us at dinner after because he also had to go to a friend’s birthday dinner at another restaurant in Providence (meanwhile, he was with Amish driving him to Providence, near the restaurant). When we got there, me, my Mom and Hinal started walking to the restaurant, which is right near the water and the bridge in Providence. We had to go down some steps…there was no one there! Then I saw a random man standing behind this pillar looking out onto the water (I only saw his back, couldn’t see his face). I was scared because it was dark outside and it was just us three girls – I thought "this guy looks shady and he might have a knife or a gun." Just as I was about to tell my Mom and Hinal to turn around and that we should walk another way, the man turned around and it was Amish!

I was sooo beyond shocked! Back story – we see each other once a month and I had just seen him two weeks ago, so I wasn’t expecting to see him until April! I walked over and he gave me a hug and we started walking towards the center of the bridge. My Dad, Mom and Hinal went off and disappeared (Hinal took pictures of this from behind a tree or something). I honestly don’t even remember the words we exchanged because I was still in shock mode – I obviously put two and two together and figured out why he was here and surprising me. Though, at some point, in the middle of all that, I did say “What are you doing here?!” And he goes “What do you think I’m doing here?” and laughed. We walked a little bit towards the center of the bridge and that’s where he got down on one knee and popped the question! It was cold outside so I had gloves on and after I said yes, I was like “wait, let me take my gloves off” – and then he put the ring on my finger. I was so excited and happy, I didn’t even look at the ring but just wanted to give him a great big hug! I couldn’t help it but I had tears in my eyes (which I never imagined I would – I knew I would be super excited but didn’t think I would ever cry). Then after, my parents and Hinal came back out and we took some pictures. Then we all went to get a drink at The Water Place restaurant. That’s when I realized I hadn’t even seen the beautiful ring Amish gave to me and saw it for the first time."

I have some spectacular details from the wedding ceremony on the way, so make sure to check back again soon!

Pearl River, NY Indian Wedding by House of Talent Studio

How's it going Maharanis? Today's beautiful bride and groom are getting ready to make their way down the aisle to say their I Do's, but first let's check out their romantic wedding portrait session with House of Talent Studio. This blushing beauty and her hubby-to-be are both looking impressively dressed from head to toe in their wedding day wears. Our bride's intricately adorned bridal lengha is covered in golden details and out of this world. I'm loving the adorable bouquet of calla lilies with their deep purple centers- a soft yet dramatic detail. While this adorable couple smile and pose for the camera, a lot is happening behind the scenes at the wedding and reception venues with Design House Decor as they work their wedding magic to dress the upcoming events to impress! You won't want to miss any of that. In the meantime, check out the gallery to peak some pre-wedding moments and more portraits from this session.

Woodland Park, NJ Indian Wedding by Studio Nine Photography + Cinema

As promised, here's a first look at Maharani Pranali's reception outfit. This royal blue open-shirt lengha is fabulously detailed and the color is magnificent on our bride. Her hair and make up by KC Makeup by Karuna Chani are still flawless as ever and she is looking extremely stately from head to toe. We can always count on Studio Nine Photography + Cinema to deliver us first class photos of the lucky brides and grooms that are lucky enough to work with them and this set is testament to that. Now that the happy couple have dazzled in front of the camera for their portrait session, it's time for them to make their way to the reception. Find more wedding day details from these newly weds in the gallery.

Woodland Park, NJ Indian Wedding by Studio Nine Photography + Cinema

Let's check in with today's lovely couple and Studio Nine Photography + Cinema at their wedding portrait session. The bride looks impeccably made up thanks to KC Makeup by Karuna Chani, and her cream, red and green bridal outfit with her coordinating nail color is absolutely perfect. Our bride, Maharani Pranali, made the right move enlisting wedding planning veteran Sonal J. Shah Event Consultants to take control of her event logistics. Now she can happily enjoy this memorable portrait session while the design details at her wedding venue, the One & Only Westmount Country Club, are being taken care of by Sonal J. Shah and the talented team on floral and decorElegant Affairs Inc. Can't wait to get to the ceremony, and then head to the reception where the bride and groom and their guests are no doubt anticipating to bust out their wedding day moves with the help of DJ Raj Entertainment & Lighting. For now, you can check out the image gallery to see more of this adorable bride.
