From the bride, on how they met:

"I first met Arjun when I was 15 and he was 16 and began dating shortly after meeting. Although we were young, we quickly became inseparable. I think growing up with him and going through all of our teenage and young 20's stages helped us understand each other more and become as close as we are. I think in college it really hit me that we were going to be together forever."

On the hair and makeup:

"I worked with Pauline from Flawless by Pauline to work on my look. She is AMAZING. She knows exactly what will suit your face according to your style. She is an absolute to pleasure to work with! She knew tha wanted glamour but nothing over the top or gaudy and she really delivered!"

On the lengha:

"Before starting the lengha shopping process I spent countless hours on Pinterest and other wedding websites looking at outfits and trying to get some inspiration for what type of lengha I wanted. I only knew one thing before going to India, and that was I was not interested in a typical red lengha for the ceremony. I spent about a month in India looking for my outfits and for wedding shopping in general. There were so many different colors and prints it was overwhelming, but exciting at the same time. All the research I did before got thrown out the window because there was just so much to look at! I ended up getting my sangeet and wedding outfit from Frontier in Delhi, India and the reception outfit ended up being a spur of the moment decision on the way out of bridal boutique in Jalandar, Punjab. It ended up being a lengha with a coat that goes over it, which was not something I expected to like at all. It took me 5 minutes to decide on that lengha! The ceremony outfit proved to be much harder for me and I needed my husband, his parents, my parents, and my sister to me finalize it!"

The ceremony shots are next!
