Maharanis, today's Indian wedding is brought to you by the color PINK! Indian wedding photographer Yazy Jo takes us to Itasca, Illinois where bride Shelly is dolling up for her big day. Her hot pink lengha, encrusted with silver stones and embroidered with metallic gold thread, is simply exquisite! She completes this modern wedding lengha with matching bridal jewelry and makeup. Meanwhile, groom Sheal begins the festivities at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa by arriving upon a white horse!
Their Indian wedding NEXT! Don't go away!
After our Indian bride is perfectly prepped, it is time for her to head to the mandap! You better believe this Maharani, who chose a contemporary pink wedding lengha, would choose to have her modern tastes reflected in her ceremony design. Yazy Jo takes us into Eaglewood Resort and Spa, which Yanni Design Studio has so masterfully planned. I love the two-toned mandap drapes, and the wall of clear vases with flowers and candles -- have you ever seen anything like that, Maharanis? Even the chairs, with tall backs and a swirly design, are superb!
An Indian wedding portrait session follows! You can't miss this!
Accuse me of being a romantic, and you would be right! I never get sick of looking at Indian wedding portraits, especially when the couple is as cute as Maharani Shelly and Raja Sheal! Yazy Jo snaps these lovely photos at Eaglewood Resort and Spa, the Indian wedding venue where the couple wed. I love how our Indian bride's wedding lengha *pops* against her groom's traditional cream colored sherwani. So romantic!
A beautiful Indian wedding reception up next!
