From the bride, on her wedding style:

"Honestly, I was the most hands off bride. I was blessed to have a very artistic father who has a keen eye for colors and knew exactly what he wanted my wedding to look like! My mom and dad were amazing and planned everything impeccably. The mehndi was bright and colorful and baraat was white to make my red dress stand out. The valima was planned by my husbands family and was so elegant, everything was cream colored with plum accents to match my lengha!"

On her bridal fashions:

"My dad and I went to Pakistan to choose my outfits for the mehndi, baraat, and valima. My dad has always loved the designer Nilofer Shahid and when we went for our appointment I completely fell in love with her style. It is so intricate and minimal, yet so elegant. She is amazing to work with and sits there with you to make sure you get exactly what you want!"

On her hair and makeup:

"I got really lucky to have our family friend Sana Yusuf Ghani do my makeup and I trusted her completely! I wanted to look different each day and she made that happen; she made me feel like a princess everyday! As for hair I had Roz from Studio 10 in Naperville and she works wonders. She knew exactly what she was doing and knew what I wanted being a Pakistani bride!"

See you at the ceremony!

Tampa, FL Indian Fusion Wedding by Kimberly Photography

Take a sneak peak at today's bride and her lovely bridesmaids as they put on the finishing touches and get ready to walk down the aisle in this big, white wedding. Our beautiful Maharani, Vinitha, has chosen an elegant, white wedding gown and a half up, halp down do that creates a soft and sweet look. The periwinkle bridemaids' dress paired with the stunning statement necklace is both dramatic and complimentary to the bridal party's look as a whole and the color combination is absolutely pretty. Kimberly Photography has managed to tease us with this gorgeous glimpse into our bride's big day, and I can't wait to show you the adorable portrait session coming up. As these ladies finish dolling up and reminiscing, Tracie Domino Events is busy pulling off the perfect wedding ceremony details to make sure this princess has her dream wedding. From the bride, on engagement memories:

"On our engagement ceremony, I was fed dinner by my then soon to be husband for the first time; which was a very romantic moment for me. We were both very shy but it was very cute! He always tells me that he loves me more, but that's okay cause I know it's all for me :)"

On her bridal style:

"I was so confused, I didn't even know what to wear. After the engagement I had 6 months until the wedding, those six months went by so fast and I had so many decisions to make. I did a lot of research on the internet to see what was in style. I knew from the beginning I didn't want to wear a lengha, so my final decision was an anarkali. I was a bit nervous cause I wasn't there to select it since my mom did all my shopping from India. I was relieved once I got to see it and try it on.

I wanted my hair and make up perfect so I was very picky selecting who I wanted. I worked with Sneha for my hair, and Shabana Choudary for my make up. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have them two by my side.

My mehndi was also done by Sneha, she was very patient and did an amazing job! All of my jewelry and outfits came from India. Thank God for Iphones, I was able to see everything that was being selected for me! For my bridal bouquet I worked with Jim from Clover Florist, he made the bouquet exactly how I wanted it."

I'll see ya at the ceremony, up next!

From the bride:

"My husband had been planning the proposal for months. We had a long distance relationship, I was visiting him in California when he popped the question. He took me to his hometown temple for a prayer but little did I know he had reserved the whole temple for us. We were performing a prayer with the priest and the priest told me to close my eyes. The priest gave him a plate with rose petals and the ring. When I opened my eyes, my husband was on one knee with the ring in his hand. It was truly the happiest moment of my life. It made it even more special when all of his family and my mom came out. They had been hiding in the temple the entire time. There were a lot of tears of joy. And the surprises didn't end there. We went around Orange County for the private helicopter ride and then on a beautiful gondola ride at Balboa Island. It was amazing. And to top it all, when we came home from a romantic dinner, my mom, dad, and both of my brothers flew in from the east coast to surprise me. My husband had been planning this with my family for months. It was a day full of the sweetest surprises. All of my family flew in that weekend to celebrate our engagement. We had a surprise roka ceremony the following day. It was a magical weekend."

What a dream! See you at the ceremony up next!
