Sacramento, California Indian Wedding by Moonlight Studio

In her tailor-made scarlet lengha created by Indian fashion house Frontier and custom shimmering jewelry, Maharani Rajie is ready to head into her traditional Sikh ceremony with her prince, Harry, and an entourage of beautiful bridesmaids. This party of ladies is wearing custom-made turquoise saris designed by the bride herself! I love the creative style and how each girl sports a sheer, matching veil. And check out the bride's snowy white rose bouquets—each blossom glitters with a special decorative touch. The Yuba City Sikh Temple presents a colorful space for this stylishly chic wedding perfectly captured by Moonlight Studio.

Sunday Sweetheart Winners ~ Gloria & Soby by Garrett Frandsen

Can I just start by saying, "Awwwww." This is why I love Sweetheart Sundays! I started smiling the moment I saw the image of hubby-to-be Soby holding a bunch of bright sunflowers. This couple is as summery and sweet as a day in the sun and Garrett Frandsen does a sublime job of snapping all the right shots. The hot turquoise of Maharani Gloria's sari looks amazing against the natural sky and lush grass. And when we get to the balloons?  It's like these two just walked out of an advertisement for true love and cuteness and all things adorable. I love it! Plus, how fantastic is that last photo with the cards?

Sunday Sweetheart Winners ~ Amisha & Suraj by Sachi Anand Photography

Sit back, relax, and soak up these fresh and colorful engagement photos of today's Sunday Sweethearts! Super pretty Maharani Amisha shines in her lustrous multi-hued lengha that shimmers from deep pomegranate to radiant tangerine. That is one spectacular ensemble! I love how the first pictures by Sachi Anand Photography are playful and vibrant and then the second half are uber-romantic with toned-down sophistication and plenty of class. Suraj complements his bride-to-be in both his champagne sherwani as well as his sharp suit and tie. When engagement photos are this beautiful, we just know the wedding album will be totally exquisite!

South Indian Wedding Mehndi Party + Prep by JOS Photographers, Lake Oswego, Oregon

No Indian bride is ready to become a Maharani without a traditional bridal mehndi ceremony, and that is how we begin today's Indian wedding! JOS Photographers meets up with the lovely Kiran just one day before her walk to the mandap. Dressed in a traditional South Indian wedding sari, Kiran's big smile of excitement and anticipation! Blue Lotus creates the lovely bridal mehndi for the bride and her besties -- beautiful! For the big day, Silk N Stone creates a bridal hairstyle with relaxed curls pinned with jasmine flowers.

Intimate Indian Wedding On Lake by JOS Photographers, Lake Oswego, Oregon

With the bridal mehndi dry and her wedding sari on, Maharani Kiran is ready to become a Mrs. Maharani! JOS Photographers follows the Indian bride to her traditional South Indian wedding ceremony at The Foundry at Oswego Pointe. While some South Indian bridal hairstyles can become quite intricate with flowers, I love the easy and touchable look of the hairdo created by Silk N Stone. EJP Events plans this intimate outdoor affair. Paradym Events does a great job of setting up the mandap with a white frame, flowy fabric and flower garlands, while Geranium Lake provides the happy couple with their beautiful jai malas.
