Maharanis, before we leave you for the weekend, I have one last Indian wedding film to show you! This last video is short, sweet and impeccably shot by Summer Wind Wedding Films. A few things to take note of: 1) the song choice ("I Wanna Fall In Love" by Tim Halperin) is perfect. It's happy, catchy and lends to the lighthearted feel of this union; 2) the shots by the Boston Seaport Hotel -- look at that view! 3) our Maharani's beautiful wedding lengha. Who knew tangerine and slate blue could look so lovely together? Major props goes to Alankar, who planned this stunning event!
If you missed any of the Indian wedding loveliness this week, here are a few of my favorite posts:

Dearest Maharanis -- we are going international today for a gorgeous Indian wedding in Malaysia! Bride Reneshwary met fer betrothed at her home during the Festival of Lights four years ago, and it is easy to see how the lucky guy fell for her. I mean, just look at her. Their blessed union took place in late October, and Swans Wedding was lucky enough to witness it all! The 26-year-old bride looks stunning on her wedding day in a vibrant blue and iridescent orange sari. Meanwhile S-TEA Make Up draws attention to the bride's big brown peepers and radiant skin. Her bridal mehndi, artfully created by Veena Mehandi, is dark and lovely...just the way it should be!
A beautiful Indian wedding...next!
Do you hear that, Maharanis? The wedding bells are ringing, and it's for Maharani Reneshwary and groom Kumaran! We join Swans Wedding at Bukit Kemuning Golf and Country Resort, where the lovebirds make it official with a traditional South Indian Tamil wedding. The morning ceremony is full of life and color: I love our Maharani's red wedding sari with metallic gold accents, the jasmine in her hair, and of course the lovely natural makeup by S-TEA Make Up. Gana Creation supplies the beautiful jaimalas -- I can almost smell them now!
Beautiful wedding portraits coming up -- you won't want to miss this!
After four years of long distance dating, this happy couple has finally made it official! Maharani Reneshwary looks radiant in these portraits with new hubby Kumaran, as Swans Wedding snaps away. The beautiful altar, created by Gana Creation, is the perfect backdrop for these wedding photos. I love the lush red loveseat, pretty floral backdrop and the fun sitar prop!
A lunch reception follows. Don't go away yet!
