I am so excited to share with you a destination Indian wedding coming to us from Cocoa Beach, Florida! FengLong Photography gives us a sneak peek at the breathtaking bride getting primped and prodded for her big bridal moment! Henna Allure styles our Maharani's hair into an elegant updo, defining her upper and lower lids with jet black liner. The makeup is clean and natural with a sun-kissed glow. And, I am so in love with her heavenly white sari, embroidered in lace and sparkles! So much attention and detail goes into a bride getting ready for her big day, and Anisha is no exception. Here is the blushing beauty getting all dolled-up to marry the man of her dreams in an Indian ceremony in Washington, as seen through the lens of Jerome Tso Photography. Hair and makeup artist, Arianna Scott, gives Anisha a natural, sun-kissed glow, using shimmery gold shadows and a glossy rose lip. I adore the stunning dotted mehndi design by Sarahenna that adorns the bride's delicate fingers. And this bride is clearly all about color because she follows up her vibrant sangeet sari with a bright green, fuchsia and gold one she found in India for her wedding day! She looks fabulous! From the bride, on the bridal fashions:

"I did search the Internet for hours upon hours, but I realized it actually is more confusing- I ended up finding both my wedding and reception outfits on the spot inside the actual shops. For my wedding sari, I knew I wanted to wear silk, as that is the traditional Marathi wedding sari. It is actually traditionally a certain style, called Paithani, an elegant yellow sari with a border- but I decided to save that for my haldi ceremony and do something totally out of the box for the wedding. So I went to the best South Indian silk shop in Mumbai and found a gorgeous green sari. I saw it, put it aside, looked at 10-15 other saris, but my eyes wouldn't stop wandering back to the first one! That's when I knew I had found my wedding sari. For my reception lehnga, I drove from Seattle to Vancouver B.C. with my parents on a whim to look at wedding outfits at a designer's boutique called Well Groomed. I tried on a beautiful purple sparkly lehnga for fun, but when I saw the look on my dad's face (he loved it!), I knew this was the one. We bought it on the spot and felt both excited and relieved."

On planning:

"Wedding planning was like being on vacation from life for a whole year. While I still worked full-time, I got to come home to my parents and talk about colors, food, outfits, gifts, and dances every night! It was literally what I had been looking forward to ever since I knew I wanted to marry my now husband. I would have to say the most magical part of it was being able to travel to India and shop for my perfect wedding outfit with my Mom, Grandmother and my Mami (Aunt). Being immersed in the rich culture of India itself just made the process seem more real and I felt so lucky to have been able to enjoy that entire experience."

It's time for a romantic portrait session with today's beautiful couple at Keswick Vineyards. The soon-to-be newlyweds look out-of-this-world in these images captured by Hopkins Studios. Today's Raja knows a thing or two about weddings — he's the CMO of Wedding Wire — so his bride is one lucky Maharani! Just check out his handsome wedding day ensemble! The bridesmaids are absolute dolls in their red and purple saris and the groomsmen are also looking dashing in their matching kurtas. Welcome back, my luvs! Take a gander at these exceptional pre-wedding portraits by Lin & Jirsa Photography that take place at the palatial Newport Beach Marriott Hotel in California! The lovely grounds of the hotel set the perfect backdrop for portraits! What a stupendous view & what a gorgeous couple! Maharani Divya looks so radiant in red! Her red & gold sari shows up beautifully on film! I must admit that I just adore the image of the lovebirds in front of the palm trees!
