Maharani Poonam is vivacious in violet at she steals the spotlight in her rainbow lengha with pops of hot pink, turquoise, and chartreuse. I seriously love this combo! Want a full day of luxury? Me too! Luckily, Garrett Nudd Photography is taking us aboard a perfectly posh yacht for an unbelievable sangeet celebration. With Miami Beach palm trees providing a truly tropical vibe for this soiree, guests enjoy a spread of delectable treats and dance the night away in serious style. Occasions by Shangri-la creates a plush scene with bright pillows and comfy cushion seating while our bride and groom are all smiles. I love our Maharani's soft pink, light blue, and sweet gold lengha choli—how pretty is that mix of colors?! I think I need a closer look at all the beauty happening here, so I'm heading to the gallery! 

From the bride: "We wanted to entertain our guests both by land and by sea to appreciate the luxury of a city that seamlessly connects the two. The Biscayne Lady, a luxury yacht ideal for a Sangeet and our 350 guests, sailed from Brickell to Venetian to South Beach over a sunset, with crisp drinks and the sounds of a downtempo tabla player. DJ Rocky led our soundtrack with Madras Gardens catering the affair replete with tawa stations and street snacks served cocktail style."

Happy St. Patrick's Day, Maharanis! Today, you're in for a treat because I've got the perfect wedding treasure that is full of rainbow delight! It all begins as our bride gathers her best girls for a mehndi session to kick off the festivities. Good morning, Maharanis! I hope you're ready for some pre-wedding fun! Nadia D Photography is behind the scenes as these lovebirds embrace their proud Punjabi roots at their sangeet! Maharani Anika charms in her gorgeous lengha made in Jaipur using very intricate zari hand embroidery while Raja Lucky dons an army green kurta as they pose for some precious outdoor portraits. I could totally see this couple in a old school Punjabi music video, they definitely brought their classic vision to life! At the venue, Envi Event Planning and Sarah Khan Event Styling bring a bounty of color to the scene while these soon-to-be newlyweds entertain guests with lots of dancing and good eats! From the bride: "Our sangeet was held at a country club and I wanted to create a really old school Punjabi vibe for this event, but keeping it polished and elegant. We served traditional Punjabi cuisine (from IndAroma) that's typical along the border/frontier regions where my dad's from. We played only old school Punjabi music, my Giddha team performed and provided traditional sweet to everyone and had a mendhi artist on hand."

It's Film-y Friday, Maharanis, and if you are as excited as I am to watch top-tier cinematography from some of the best in the biz, then you've come to the right place! We're starting our morning off with the always exemplary Robles Video Productions at a traditional ceremony in seaside Newport, Rhode Island where Raja Jatender is rolling up to the venue in a sleek Rolls Royce to begin the baraat. The dhol players are bringing the beats and the dancing doesn't stop—I am loving all the energy of these guests! Once inside, we get to the breathtaking ruby and gold scene where our sweethearts will tie the knot! What I love most about this precious film (aside from the bride's gorgeous blush-colored anarkali lengha!) is the sweet way we see the whole event from start to finish; I feel like I'm in attendance at this auspicious affair! I'm about to hit rewind to watch this gem again!
