Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Indian Fusion Wedding by Shauna and Jordon

Good morning, beauty queens! We are so excited to bring you an insight into the enchanting wedding celebration of Dana & Mithun, thanks to the swoon-worthy shots captured by Shauna and Jordon. This beautiful wedding incorporates a ton of inspiring ideas for you to start planning your wedding, so let's check it out! We have to say that we adored the soft-colored decor selected for the wedding ceremony held at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, as it added an extra touch of glamour and elegance to this long-awaited event. With the picture-perfect landscape and lovely decor crafted by Shea Hopely Flowers, this was the perfect backdrop for Dana & Mithun to say "I do" in front of their family and friends. Our gorgeous Maharani stole the show as she approached the altar donning a glamorous outfit by The White Magnolia Bridal and Maggie Sottero Designs, very well complemented with the exquisite makeup and hairstyle designed by Studio Bride. We also want to give a special shoutout to David's Bridal for taking such good care of Dana's bridesmaids and making them look gorgeous! For the reception, which took place at TPC Sawgrass, all the guests danced the night away to the beats of Legacy Events 119, who turned this celebration into a party and put everyone on their feet. It was the perfect way to bring the wedding celebration to an end! If you don't want to miss any detail of this marvelous, visit today's gallery. They are the gorgeous Smiti & Ameay, who celebrated the beginning of their life as husband and wife with a charming ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando and then a grand reception at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. These remarkable venues perfectly combine to create a classy and extraordinary atmosphere to dazzle your guests! This couple's dreamy wedding was a masterpiece from beginning to end. With Occasions by Shangri-la elegant embellishments and the professionalism only Eventrics Weddings can offer, no detail was left unattended. Ladies, I can only say I adore this fairytale! The stunning colors and natural flowers' fragrance added life and grace to the scene while our beloved Maharani, Smiti, amazed all the attendants with her magnificence! She was enchanting as ever with her exquisite makeup done by the well-known Cinderella Bridez and the perfect mehndi art only Henna Allure could deliver. But ladies, we cannot leave the charming groom behind. With his classy attire from Nazranaa and his queen by his side, he was happier than ever! Additionally, our lovebirds went with the authentic culinary experience from Tabla Caterers to pamper everyone's palate! And the phenomenal team from Krish Entertainment played a great music selection to keep the dancefloor full. What an event it was! Thanks to the one and only Studio KSD, who captured this fairytale's most tender, sweet, and romantic moments, you can see how enchanting it was. The gallery is phenomenal, so don't miss it!

All the guests enjoyed  BabyCakes San Diego's artistic talent for the wedding cake and the delicious treats our dreamy couple had for all. The sweet Juhee & Stephen entrusted Charminar Indian Restaurant & Catering to delight their loved ones' paladar with their mouthwatering Indian cuisine. The food was not the only joy of this day, as our couple made their way to the altar with their heavenly attires. Our Maharani, Juhee, was radiant with her marvelous lengha from  Flairlehengasbytannu complemented by Dazzles' elegant jewelry and a delicate bridal bouquet courtesy of Louise Rigdon. How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
We met on an online dating app. I don't think there was a specific "moment" that I knew. We've stuck together through thick and thin, and over time I knew he was the one because of how he showed up for me everyday: unwavering, committed, loving, and strong. It was also so reaffirming to see the love and compassion he always showed my family and friends. He is everything I've ever wanted. I am truly lucky to be his wife.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
It’s a funny story because I designed the ring + booked the venue before he proposed. It was in the middle of the pandemic, and I knew that if I waited any longer, I’d lose the venue I wanted. Every other wedding we went to in 2021 was on a weekday, because no weekends were available by the time they booked.
While we dated, we spent a lot of time at my parents’ house, which was also the home I grew up in. We made so many memories there with them. He chose to decorate the backyard with lights, candles, and photos of us. My best friend took me out to dinner that evening, and I had an inkling something was going on because she asked me to dress up with her - and she doesn’t usually dress up! I entered our home through the backyard, and immediately our favorite song started playing. I saw Stephen walk out in a suit - he looked so handsome. I looked up to see my parents standing on the porch. Stephen got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. It meant the world to me that he made sure my parents were a part of it, and that he planned the entire thing to be in a place that held such meaning for me. It was a beautiful evening!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
Unfortunately, my original idea (a custom design) was ruined by a set of tailors I had initially hired. I had always loved Sabyasachi’s style and design, and ended up ordering one in a similar style last minute. It ended up working out, but we cut it really close! I didn’t have a favorite color in mind, but I knew I wanted it to be traditional, so we went with red.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
I think the real pay-off was when we finally got to see the venue in person for the first time. We had to book to grab the date before we actually got to see it in person (especially because it was a destination wedding). It was so beautiful, and there was a ton of relief realizing it was true to what we had seen in photos. Meeting the vendors was also amazing - they were all incredible, especially our planner Amanda, and photographer Nat WongSaroj.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
I think they enjoyed the venue, Paradise Point Resort and Spa - more than anything else. We also received comments on how good the food was, how seamless it seemed, and the intimate, personal feel of the wedding overall.
Upon asking one of my bridesmaids, she shared that: "Stealing the groom's shoes, watching your mom walk you down the aisle, the cold sparks that went off when you shared your first dance!" There was even a moment when a second bride who was getting married that same day crashed our reception dance floor with her groom - and it was so fun to dance alongside them!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
My mother survived 2 strokes in the past few years. For months, we were practicing her walking me down the aisle. And when she finally did, it was absolutely unforgettable. There were bubbles, it was golden hour, and I was being walked down into the next chapter of my life with a lady nothing short of a warrior.

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
While your wedding day will involve all sorts of details and logistics, remember, at the end of the day - this is celebrating you and your love. And that's all that matters. Don't fret the small stuff!
Also, ask for as much support as possible - and delegate as much as you can!

Keep coming back for more love and romance!

Oakland, NJ Sikh Wedding by Images by Aaron

Happy Thursday, Maharanis! I can't think of a better way to start this day than with this sweet and lovely couple celebrating their wedding! As you can see, the bride's makeup looked stunning on this special day, thanks to the extraordinary work of Style by Susmita. You can appreciate the exquisite and stylish color selected for her apparel by Anita Dongre that highlighted Jasleen's beauty. Every small detail made this event not just classy but captivating and flawless. The impressive decoration that Tradition and Trends put together was the perfect complement to set the mood for this solemn and unique ceremony at Guru Nanak Mission. Truly, this was an unforgettable event thanks to the help of Events by Srishti. Undoubtedly, this breathtaking ceremony had to be filmed and captured. This moment will always be remembered thanks to the incredible job of The Guerrilla Clan and the fascinating talent of Images by Aaron. This was such an outstanding job that just by looking at the pictures, it makes you feel like you were in the magnificent Old Tappan Manor, where this reception took place. The newlyweds, Jasleen & Akaash, were having the time of their lives while sharing with their family and friends the rhythm of the Platinum Roadshow. This wedding had a long-awaited and memorable moment since these lovebirds were not allowed to see each other before the ceremony, so they did a first touch rather than a first look! Don't miss the fascinating gallery. You will love it!
