Jose Zakany Photography takes us inside the gorgeous Indian ceremony and reception at the Wyndham Anaheim in Southern California! Deepti's Floral Designs & Mandaps creates a marvelous mandap with chartreuse-toned fabric and a vibrant array of red, orange and pink roses! Yesha and Raj are all smiles as they say their I do's in front of family and friends. The newlyweds show up in their most stylish threads at the regal after party! Our Maharani looks royal in her floor-length blue anarkali while her beau looks sharp in a tailored suit and tie. Beauty by Lishma lets down our bride's long hair, giving her an alluring half up-down do. The memorable night was filled with lots of laughs, great food and of course, tons of dancing! Hats off to Shilpa Patel Events for planning such a lavish event! If only we had the highlight reel by the awesome Samson Productions on this wedding! I'll just have to go to the gallery to relive every fantastic moment!

From the bride, on the special moments:

"There were many incredible moments throughout the weekend. It was great to have all of our loved ones in one place. Walking down the aisle with my mamas, brother and nephew, feeling the love and support from everyone in the room was very moving and powerful! Also, listening to the speeches at the reception, the heartfelt and even embarrassing tidbits that were shared about us were incredibly memorable!"

On the first dance:

"Our first dance was a mash-up of John Legend’s “All of Me,” and “Happy,” by Pharrell Williams. Somehow we had both independently chosen “All of Me” before we had discussed it together. The song truly speaks to both of us on many levels so it was only appropriate to include it in our first dance. We danced the Foxtrot to “All of Me” and Salsa’d our way through “Happy”. I loved all of the lifts and turns we worked so hard to get right."

On family and friends helping:

"Indian weddings are very involved from start to finish. We had a lot of support from many people; it would not have been possible otherwise. From family in India, to family and friends here who pitched in to make food and snacks leading up to the day, letting us borrow and transport tons of items, not to mention our amazing friends who helped organize and setup multiple events. It was definitely a group effort that made the day easy and stress-free for us. Our vendors are friends we have worked with time and again, and did an incredible job making it a beautiful day from start to finish. Deepti (“Deepti’s Florals”), Lishma (“Beauty by Lishma”), Kamal (“Dhamaka Entertainment”), and our incredible photographers, Jose Zakany (“Jose Zakany Photography”) and Aman Samson (“Samson Productions”), all worked really hard. We loved the final result and couldn’t have asked for more!"

Have a great day, girls!
