Now that she's wed the Raja of her dreams in an unforgettable ceremony at the Bronx Zoo, it's time for today's Indian bride to slip into something a bit more party-friendly and hit the dance floor! She's donned an exquisite, ruby red gown from Frontier Heritage, with stunning gold appliqué and twirl-riffic details! The reception lengha is a Maharani dream come true! Priyanca Rao Photography covered the days events just splendidly, including all of the sweetest floral and decor details from the reception, which were planned and designed by Maharani Maya's own talented family (her aunt is an event planner, score for the bride!). The dessert table was a decadent oasis for the hungry partygoers and you can fill up on even more spectacular details from this phenomenal Indian wedding event in to the complete inspiration gallery!

The bride, on the role her family and friends played in helping her realize the wedding of her dreams:

"Since our wedding was mostly DIY, I could never have done it without the help of all my parents, sister, extended family and my best friend. My sister was pretty much my wedding planner and handled everything before and during the event. My aunts and uncles were amazing. My aunts made the sweets for the dessert table, the garlands for the wedding and helped with the decorations. My uncles helped with all the grunt work. I couldn't have had my dream wedding without their help!"

On her most memorable wedding day moment:

"The whole evening was a bit of a blur but the sea lions were making so much noise when we were getting married which cracked us up every time! I also remember our first dance, for that minute I felt like it was just the two of us."

How adorable was this event? Hope you loved it as much as we did!
