Good morning my beautiful Maharanis, let's sit and awe over this gorgeous Indian wedding captured by PhotosMadeEz right in the heart of New Jersey! This lovely couple starts off their wedding weekend with pre-wedding celebrations and you can see their love for one another in these portraits. Our lovely Maharani Mehak is chicly dressed in a navy lengha with heavy gold embroidery and dazzling beading while her Raja Subin is dashing in a multi-colored sherwani. The lovebirds enjoyed their night of pre-wedding celebrations which were elegantly decorated by design experts , who draped the room in purple, orange and pink—suited for this royal couple! Following those festivities was the main event, and our Indian bride Mehak is getting ready the morning of the wedding with help from the glamour squad at  who paired her classic make-up look with a bold red lip and elegant updo! Our bride wrote an endearing note to her father which had me in tears. The bride on how she met her Raja:

"We met back in high school, he had just moved to our town and was new. We were introduced to each other at a family friend's house and became friends during high school and remained friends throughout college. However, it wasn't till medical school that we started dating, it was the moment when he flew all the way from medical school to surprise me for my 23rd birthday in medical school just to spend the weekend with me that I knew he was the one and that he was the perfect match for me!"

On the proposal:

"We both live 6 hours apart and he had told me that for valentines day, which also happens to be my birthday, he was unable to come that year. Though I was a little bummed I completely understood. I was all set to go out to dinner in NYC with my family for my birthday, on our way to the restaurant my dad suggested we take a stop in Washington Square Park since the weather was not too bad, as I stepped out of the care I saw Subin waiting for me with a bouquet of flowers and said he surprised me for my birthday. Still, oblivious I was so happy he was there for my birthday and valentines day, at that point he suggested we take a walk in the park, we stopped in the center of the park where he stopped and asked me to marry me, needless to say I was shocked and said YES, at that point all our close family and friends came out and surprised me as well. It was definitely a memorable birthday!"

On her make-up:

"For my hair and makeup I went with a traditional wedding look for the wedding ceremony. I had always wanted to wear a traditional red lengha for my wedding and kept my hair simple for my wedding ceremony. For my wedding jewelry I decided to wear a Kundan set that had been my mom's and she had actually gotten to wear to her wedding, I had gotten it touched up to add a bit of my own style while in India but got to wear my something traditional that held a special sentimental value to me."
