StoryMotion Studios effortlessly captured this charming couple during their reception portraits as they compliment each other perfectly! After they make a wardrobe change for their wedding reception, Reena is dressed in a navy blue and gold reception lengha paired with a playful curly hairstyle while our groom Ateet is dashing in a black tuxedo and matching navy blue vest and bow-tie. The bride on her bridal fashion:
"My lengha was chosen very quickly in a beautiful bridal boutique in India. I flew to India for just a few days to purchase my clothing for my Sangeet, wedding ceremony and reception. Prior to my trip, I did do a lot of internet research and discussed my potential wedding attire with my more fashion forward friends. My final choice was to have traditional attire for my wedding ceremony and reception and a more modern gown for my Sangeet."
On special moments:
"I think the most memorable moments were at home with my family from India and Canada and my best friends from college and after college in my professional life all coming together for the first time. They all got to meet my husband and his amazing friends and family and there were bonds created between my family and friends and his family and friends which will last for years to come."
On a special song:
"We did spend a little bit of time deciding on our first dance song, but what was more important was that we had my brother’s good friend sing our song at the wedding. The first time I heard this boy sing, I fell in love with his voice and was hoping he would sing at our wedding. He went above and beyond what we expected and truly made our first dance beautiful."
On special details:
"Although Ateet is an amazing wedding planner..I don't think Ateet and I could have done it without our family and friends. My older sister hosted a beautiful dinner at the hotel as our guest arrived on the day before our wedding and both Ateets family and friends and my family and friends made sure every last detail was taken care of for a flawless wedding."
I'll catch next time my friends for more romantic wedding stories!
