Silver Iris Entertainment recently shot some of the most captivating footage from Pakistani bride and groom, Hibah and Saif's, incredible wedding event in Atlanta, Georgia, and TMLfilm took that footage and created the most stunning film for the newlyweds with their excellent editing skills! We were swept away by the breathtakingly bittersweet moments as Maharani Hibah got ready for her big day, and fell instantly for her and the Raja of her dreams during their romantic first look. There are plenty of splendid pre-wedding highlights, though the nikkah ceremony at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel steals the entire show. Events InStyle by Beenish decked out the unforgettable nuptials in superb decor and MUA Beautybott primped and prettied the blushing bride while a hair stylist from Appearances Salon made sure not a strand on her head was out of place! We loved seeing the work of mehndi artist, Manisha's Mehendi Designs, and are head over heels for the gorgeous bridal fashions that Hibah selected from Rim Jhim! Her aqua and navy suit is sublime!
Maharani Hibah, on how she met the Raja of her dreams, Saif:
"I met him through mutual friends while visiting DC on a work trip. I knew he was the one within the first few times we talked. Things just felt natural and comfortable with him."
On Raja Saif's proposal:
"We went the traditional, Pakistani Muslim route. He got things started by getting his parents involved, who then reached out to mine. The families met and liked each other, while we talked and got to know each other better and better. Next thing I knew...we got engaged!"
On her shaadi style:
"I didn't necessarily have a "dream Pakistani wedding" in mind when I started wedding planning back in May. I knew I wanted the color theme to be gold and ivory, because I had always been drawn to more subtle, classic colors. And I knew I wanted the wedding to be less traditional as far as customs and rituals go, and more enjoyable for us as the couple."
On her most memorable wedding moments:
"I think the most magical special moments for me were during the actual Nikkah ceremony when we said our "I do's" and signed the papers, as well as our photo shoot right after. The Nikkah ceremony was special for my entire family; we had just agreed to spending the rest of our lives together. And the photo shoot afterwards was special because it took place RIGHT after the Nikkah ceremony. This was the first time we were out in public as husband and wife. It was a sweet moment."
On the role that family and friends played:
"Some details that made the wedding REALLY special for me were my brother MC-ing for both of the wedding events we held, and my best friends taking part in a couple of fun Pakistani rasms: dood pillai and joota chuppai. The people that I love were able to be a big part of my wedding which made it that much more enjoyable for me."
Hope you loved this amazing Filmy feature as much as we did, Maharanis! See you tomorrow for two more Desi dream weddings you definitely won't want to miss!
