Hello, Maharanis! You'll want to share this post with your Rajas because we're starting our coverage of Warda and Mohammed's South Asian wedding by bringing you the baraat details! Our groom rode in wearing a deep blue sherwani atop an elegant white horse covered in red and gold from Angeli Carriages. After arriving at the Shoal Crossing Event Center and meeting his bride who arrived via doli, the couple enjoyed music from Marilyn Rucker Jazz Duo and  a performance by Fire Dancer Ishani Ishaya. At the end of the night, Angeli Carriages provided a beautiful carriage for the couple to exit on, which was decorated with velvet, flowers and a richly embroidered tapestry. If you're wondering where the happy couple was headed, it's to a portrait session with Sloan Breeden Photography which will be up soon! In the meantime, check out the full gallery for photos from the mehndi party!
