We're back with Rina and Michael's Indian fusion wedding reception details! Held at Adventure Aquarium, the reception was filled with entertainment: a shark tunnel, portraits by Caricatures by Courtney and Illusion Djs on the dancefloor! For the event, LAX States filled the venue with ocean-inspired decorations, including an anchor and jellyfish centerpieces! Our Indian bride, meanwhile, was adorned with jewelry from Devam and looked stunning in a hot pink and navy lengha from Nazrana. We also love the portraits Styled Pink Photography captured of the newlyweds, which you can see more of in the full gallery!

Maharani Rina on the most magical moment of the day:

"I got one piece of advice from many of my friends who had recently gotten married: take a moment and just take it all in. It was the best advice. During our reception, I sat next to my husband and just reflected on all the excitement leading up to that day and how lucky we were to celebrate with all our family and friends. Your wedding day really does go by so fast. It's important to take a moment to reflect and appreciate all that has led to that amazing day."

On how her friends and family made the wedding special:

"We are lucky to have family and friends that were so involved in all the aspects of our event. The Indian culture was new to my husband's family and they embraced it with open arms. We spent a few weekends sari shopping, food tasting and picking out Bollywood songs. My family loved sharing our culture with my new family and I couldn't have been happier to see the two families embrace each other so openly."

We have a sublime Sikh wedding waiting for you tomorrow, Maharanis! Make sure to come back to see it!
