Welcome back, Maharanis! Erika and Hasan held their Pakistani fusion wedding reception at the Byblos Banquet Center, where the venue was decorated in gold, purple and white. Flowers by Renee was in charge of florals and created some fabulously flowered centerpieces! The star of the show was the bride, of course, who was all the more dazzling thanks to her incredible makeup from Beauty By Adeela! The newlyweds enjoyed every magical moment of the night and danced along to the sublime songs Sandeep Hans Entertainment played throughout the event! Maharani Erika on her favorite part of the wedding:

"Walking into our reception was the most magical part for me. Seeing everything lit up and all of our family and friends together and so happy was priceless."

On her first dance songs:

"Detroit - our first dance was to 'Come Fly With Me,' Michael Bubble cover. I feel like it's a reflection of our love... spontaneous, loving, and romantic. And our favorite thing to do is travel and see the world together.

Toronto - Hasan sang some of our favorite John Mayer and Backstreet Boys songs. It was so touching."

On her hair and makeup looks:

"Detroit - I had my hair done by Houda at Salon West in Dearborn, MI. I wanted romantic curls in a low bun, and she did just that! Adeela Aslam did my makeup. I wanted something very clean and natural and she did an amazing job!

Toronto - Shirley Wu did my hair and makeup. For this event I wanted a little more heavy makeup and an elegant updo. She delivered on both!"

On how her family made the day all the more special:

"Toronto - Hasan's brother, Vajid, planned most of the event alongside the event planner. Each of the table numbers were images from iconic video games that Hasan and Vajid played together as kids. It was a very special detail that meant so much to Hasan and was a fun way to incorporate some of his personality into the event."

Come back to see tomorrow's fabulous Muslim wedding!
