Every girl dreams of her wedding day, and with Indian weddings, the glitz and glamour is endless. However, Maharani Punya was able to experience her dream engagement, which stretched over the course of three days, and included a henna night, engagement ceremony, and finally, an engagement party! These events catapulted into not only a long weekend full to the brim with fun, but kicked off the wedding celebration, which we are sure will be just as grand. This dashing couple met as college students in Houston, so it is only appropriate that all the festivities culminated in Texas’s historic district. Red Lotus Henna Company provided all the mehndi services on the mehndi night and the next day our bride was dolled up by Arti from Blush and Glow for her wedding ceremony at Narin’s Bombay Brasserie. Named “Best Indian Restaurant” by H Texas Magazine, it is no wonder that guests clamored over the one of a kind cuisine created by the chefs. The floral mandap that housed the Indian wedding ceremony was created by Mandap Creations with Tall Productions capturing all the cinematic action. Check out the gallery for all the images of this engagement ceremony by Kaushlesh Biyani of Biyani Photo.
