Happy Friday Maharanis! Hopefully, you had a great week and are winding down with a cup of hot tea as the weather is finally beginning to cool down a bit. Today we visit a fusion Indian wedding out of the big city of Austin, Texas with A&A Video Productions. Maharani Sarah and her beau Neeraj wed at the church of the Resurrection of the lord; the glorious Emmaus Catholic Parish. Sarah's wedding events took its course over a couple of days with both a Non-Denominational wedding ceremony and a traditional Indian reception. Donning a laced over white wedding gown with a sweetheart neckline, Sarah looked sophisticated and stylish. Pam from PLX Artistry, a specialist in bridal makeup, beautified this Maharani with an elegant updo and a subtle makeup look. Sheamanti Haque of K.I. Weddings spearheaded the task of incorporating the events of two different cultures and ensured that both traditions were observed beautifully. In my opinion, this wedding ceremony was subtle with a hint of simplicity, which was certainly appropriate for a traditional ceremony. After the wedding, the party commenced into a separate venue where the couple cut a cake from Simon Lee Bakery with none other than Yoda in a Dallas Cowboys helmet! I especially loved the additional touch that involved Sarah and Neeraj's pet dog, who slipped on an equally impressive dress of her own! Take a look into the gallery for more photos of this adorable fusion wedding!
Refill that tea cup and return back to Sarah's Indian infused events!
