Monarch Beach Resort has always remained unsurpassed with sumptuous coastal playgrounds, sweeping views of the Pacific and luxury around every corner. It is no wonder that so many South Asian events have occurred here and each wedding we are privileged to showcase on Maharani Weddings have blown us away. Maharani Aparna was ready to slip out of her sari and into a gorgeous aqua green laced lengha that paired wonderfully with the reception venue overlooking the ocean. Makeup Therapy returned to beautifully the bride for a party ready look that was fit for the Monarch Beach Resort. Southern Indian Bride Aparna dreamed of an Indian wedding that not only embodied her culture but also intermingled a modern approach. I especially enjoyed learning of the different cultures and how tradition plays when planning a diverse wedding. Wedding planner, Wedding Elegance by Nahid, most certainly had her work cut out of her, but she executed the world of designing a dream wedding for our bride, flawlessly. The reception was decorated in an array of different shapes in colors encompassing various geometric designs. All the tables were either long, round or square with both gold and clear chiavari chairs from Chiavari Chair. As the couple are avid travelers, Shawna Yamamoto of Shawna Yamamoto Event Design outdid herself with the floral and decor; placing guests in a venue that encompassed multiple countries that embodied flair and class. Impulse Event Lighting enhanced the beauty of the Monarch Beach Resort in a bathing glow that paired well with the dance floor led by Special Occasions DJ. Specializing in South Indian cuisine, Vishnu Restaurant, fed the 250+ crowd with a customary Indian buffet fit for a king. The entire phenomenal affair was caught on camera by Lin & Jirsa Photography with plenty more photos you can find in the gallery!
