She sat there in full Bengali regalia, adorned head-to-toe in exquisite gold heirloom jewelry, and a crimson red Zari Kanjivaram sari with floral butta work. We couldn’t take our eyes off this beautiful Maharani Puloma, and The Beautique by Sapna did a flawless job with her makeup. Love a bride who gives us #browgoals, and carries off a statement bindi so gracefully. Michael made an entrance with his swanky Baraat orchestrated by Planet DJ Productions, dancing away in his textured white asymmetric sherwani with silver embroidery work. In keeping with Bengali rituals, Puloma covered her face with a betel leaf for the Shubho Drishti, leaving Michael jaw-dropped. Shagun Weddings enveloped Hyatt Regency in shimmering gold, replacing all the purple from the Sangeet with red, and swapping the regal chairs and bolsters with ornate, velvet embroidered ones. Switching gears from traditional festivities, the ceremony was followed by a lavender-lit reception, with Puloma in a glam cream Gaurav Gupta gown with metallic embroidery and lots of bling. Michael looked spiffy in a grey tuxedo which he paired with a floral bow tie. In addition to photography, Mari Harsan Studios also filmed this Bengali extravaganza! Planet DJ Productions had the guests put on their dancing shoes with their upbeat dance music, wrapping up this spectacle on an energetic note! In the next segment, we’ll go over Puloma and Michael’s divine reception, so be sure to visit the blog again!
