There is something about classic weddings that we are so drawn to. Perhaps it's the fact that they have a perfect balance of minimal and over-the-top? At least that’s what Maansi and Rich’s gorgeous interfaith wedding looked like, through the lens of the very skilled KSD Weddings. An understated elegance and authenticity permeated through the ceremony, with Elegant Affairs using a mix of elements in keeping with the style and setting. Hosted in the ethereal countryside Hyatt Regency Greenwich, the Indian ceremony was absolutely sublime. A lovely beige semi-circle mandap featured lavender lighting, and numerous violet and white blooms. The podium was kept clean and minimal with regal off white and gold chairs. SV Bridal Concepts did a fine job further enhancing Maansi bridal glow, with shimmer and bronze, and a dark red lip. Shabina Bhura adorned the bride’s hands with her aesthetic Mehndi designs. Rich brought in a textural contrast to all the festive, ornate ensembles, by wearing a black tuxedo. He paired it with his Safa and a red dupatta. We particularly loved the candle-lighting segment after their ceremony, where a custom candle with “Maansi & Richard” etched on it was lit. Bukhara Grill was a natural choice for wedding delicacies, given their innovative and progressive touches to traditional Indian food.
