Our thought #1 when we saw Christin and Nimish’s wedding: WOW this is like a wedding magazine editorial! Every other thought after that: how is everything so gorgeous? So we dove right in and looked into every detail through the amazing work of Studio Nine Photography! We gathered from our conversation with Christin that this wedding a true labor of love. “As a Caucasian American woman who had only been to two Indian weddings, planning an Indian wedding and reception was challenging,” she shared. But with a ton of research, and the expertise of Wedding Design, all the details came alive and left Christin (and us) teary-eyed! The picture-perfect ceremony at Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel was preceded by a beautiful portrait photo shoot of the couple, and their rendition of a first look. Equishare Baraat Horses then brought in the groom and his party through an energetic Baraat. We got a closer look through the couple during the poster-worthy photos of the Jaimala segment. Christin looked regal in a chic red and gold lehenga combination, accentuated with feminine diamond and gold jewelry. She found her dream makeup artist, Saima Yousuf of Glamour Eyes through the Maharani Weddings Vendor Guide. “When I went in for a trial, I fell in love with her phenomenal hair/makeup skills,” gushed Christin. Per usual, Moghul Caterers impressed everyone with their divine delicacies, a blend of Indian and American cuisines to suit the fusion festivity. Christin highly recommends Moghul Caterers for their quality, presentation, and professionalism. The decor by Wedding Design comprised of ivory and blush floral arrangements rendered in gold vases. Candles and rose petals adorned the aisle leading to an elegant white and gold mandap. It looks like this wedding didn’t just look perfect, but was actually one for the books! Studio Nine Photography also filmed this gorgeousness, and while we wait for the video to land on our desks, join the joy by heading to the gallery!
