Maharani Sara’s romantic and sultry reception is one for the books. The day began with a morning of glamming by GlowZee. Zeeshan Shamji is an exceptional makeup artist and flawlessly executes beautifying brides with ease. For her reception, the bride wanted to make sure her look was fuss free and fabulous and opted for a classic hair do with a glowing dew to match. Sophia Tolli of Seng Couture designed a wedding gown that was a lacy dream. With a trailing, passementerie veil and a sweeping train, this bride was picture perfect for her shoot with Studio Fifty Five. The couple were picked up in a classic Rolls Royce from US Bargain Limo that turned heads all the way to the Tosca Marquee where guests were waiting for the couple of the night. The venue was a rustic affair with secret garden inspired decor by Kalash Decorators, enlightening the room in a romantic glow. Guests danced the night away with entertainment by DJ Kelvin Kissoon of DJ Power House and indulged in wedding cake by Cakes by Stefania. With flavors like red velvet and cream cheese, bavarian cream and marble, guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the treats were! Studio Fifty Five plucked a photo booth in the ballroom and snapped photos of the event as well as the live action that we can’t wait to view very soon! All the memories are jam packed for your perusal in the gallery!
Maharani Sara gives future brides some words of wisdom!
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
Details, details, details! I would advise brides to be to use checklists and spreadsheets as much as possible. It definitely helps with prioritizing and budgeting. Have patience and give yourself a lot of time to make decisions. Everyone will have an opinion but remember to trust your own instincts and do whatever makes you happy!
Anything else you want to tell us? We'd love to hear all about your other details! (jewelry, mehndi, venue, cake, bouquets, etc.)
My wedding cake was spectacular. It was a 4 tier ruffled detailed cake made from Cakes by Stefania. Each tier was a different flavor: Marble with Bavarian Cream, Red Velvet with cream cheese, Vanilla dulce de leche and vanilla with cannoli cream. It was delicious and amazing! I also loved my mint and white wedding bouquet with the special touch of adding memory frames that included photos of my Dad.
If you loved this wedding, we can’t wait to showcase all the talent that Maharani Weddings has coming up for 2017! Have a fab New Year’s Eve and we will see you bright and early 2017!
