Welcome back Maharanis! We pick back up at Safiyah & Rizaad's Nikah ceremony at the World Fair Marina, with photographs captured by Arman Bappy Photography. We enjoyed witnessing the couple's traditional Islamic ceremony, in which family members joined the couple onstage to bless them as they embarked on their journey as husband and wife. The venue, which featured decor designed by G&R Décor and Event House, looked beautiful draped in violet and gold fabric. We also loved the striking, tropical florals from Metropolitan Wholesale that filled the space. Maharani Safiyah glowed in her wedding gown and veil by David's Bridal NYC, hair and makeup by Leyya Pootoolal, and mehndi by Henna by YuktiThe newlyweds looked radiantly happy during their Walima, in which they cut their cake and lovingly fed one another. Guests then feasted on a delicious meal by World Fair Marina, posed in a photo booth by Snapitboothand enjoyed music by Mahria Shah. The bride tossed her bouquet to the excited crowd, and the gorgeous couple exited their ceremony in a shower of yellow flower petals as guests cheered! We hope you loved these photos as much as we did!
