Welcome, Maharanis! Wednesday is here and also Dimple & Jiten's electric celebration, coming all the way from Texas. The bride was looking absolutely impeccable during all the previous rituals and during the major ceremony. It had to be like that, the most important day of her life was just around the corner and she had to be glowing. The amazing talent of Samira's Henna Designs and Henna By Zohra manifested and helped our bride rock a tremendous mehndi design that was all things artistic and evocative. Make Up by Aime assisted Maharani Dimple with all the colorful glitter on her skin and hair, and of course, JJ's Saree Draping and their fine skills dressed our lovebird with the stunningly colorful lenghas we all love. That was definitely a class A glam squad! Of course, we can't forget about the person who swept Maharani Dimple's feet of the ground. Raja Jiten was looking dazzling and elegant, wearing two sherwanis for the pre-wedding rituals. The first one, a classic beige with gold details and the second one, a bright emerald green that was a total knockout. Seriously, this is what I call style. Pictures we are about to come thanks to William Bichara Photography and the talent of his lense. So, join us next for part one of Dimple & Jiten's bash in today's gallery.
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
We had attended his cousin's wedding in India. The wedding events were taking place at some of the palaces in Udaipur. During the sangeet, we had gone to the garden of the palace to take a walk and have our photo taken in front of the palace by one of the photographers. He had it planned the whole time, and the photographer had me face away from him for a shot and next thing I turn around he’s down on one knee proposing.
Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
My planning experience was fun but everyone will have its hiccups. I had an awesome wedding planner who kept me cool, calm, collected through the whole Process
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
My favorite color is red, so I knew my bridal attire was going to be red. When it came to choosing the actual design I actually shopped on Pinterest, sounds silly but I put so many designs together and then presented it to a designer to make my vision come true.
What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable process was also stressful but my parents' input meant a lot to me through the wedding process. Seeing my parents being able to feel like they had input and the smile it put on their face was enjoyable to me.
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
I was so busy through my wedding that I barely got to eat all the cool things that were at the reception. Till this day all we hear about is how amazing all the food was.
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Knowing I will be marrying my best friend and teammate
Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
It may seem stressful at the time but If you don’t enjoy every moment it will fly right by
Stay tuned for the party!
