Welcome back, beauties! Things can get a little complicated when getting married outside of the country. However, on Mili and Bounty's case, nothing could prevent the fabulous outcome of their events! It is just unbelievable! A dreamed ceremony at the paradisiacal lands of Cancun, Mexico fulfilled every dream that our lovebirds had for their union, and that showed us again that real love does exist. Let's not forget the talent of Katie from Alquimia Events, who contributed to the majestic decoration of this day. According to Mili, they delivered just the way they have dreamed of. The Baraat of Raja Bunty was accompanied by Drums in Paradise, whose beat made us experience not only a "wedding event" but a "life-changing event," and that also left a whole number of dancing memories on this place forever. A bride can never go wrong with traditional shades of red, and our Maharani chose a beautiful deep red lehenga from Frontier Raas that, along with Gerardo Avila's makeup and hair, gave her a flawless look. Once the ceremony ended, their guest enjoyed the music from Dj Chad Singh, a way talented DJ brought from New York, who, according to our couple, made all guests, from the youngest to the oldest dance till their feet give up on them! So amazing! If you want to get more inspiration for your wedding, don't miss the gallery thanks to Novia Mia Photography!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Just like any other Bollywood movie , me and my husband met at a mutual friends wedding in 2015. Grooved to some hit Bollywood songs and cheered to a few drinks . At that moment we didn’t know what was in store for the both of us , we just enjoyed the night . A YEAR later, we started talking day and night, the feelings became stronger for each other and boom ! I knew he was the one for me .
Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
My husband decided to propose to me on the day we had a Roka ceremony at his house in front of everyone .
Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Wedding planning was very tough! We chose not to hire a wedding planner and we planned everything from scratch . Uncountable road trips from Belize to Cancun, in search of venues . We started wedding planning in December 2018 and didn’t find a venue till the last week of March , and we were going to get married in July , so it was crunch time for us . Atlast we found a venue and we were back and forth speaking to the team, who helped us throughout the planning process . I had everything else planned out in my head as to how exactly I wanted the decor and then met with Katie from Alquima Events to discuss , and Katie and her team did an excellent job in delivering just what I wanyed to make my dream wedding come true . As they say , no Sindhi wedding is complete without good music , and for that I have to acknowledge DJ Chad Singh from New York who made all my guests from the youngest to the oldest person present in the events , dance till their feet give up on them . My hair and makeup was done by Mr. Gerardo Avila from chetumal. I didn’t have any trials done before my big day , as I didn’t have time to do so , however Gerardo knew exactly what I wanted.
How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I always wanted a unique Wedding Dress . Before going to India , I did a lot of research as to which cities and which markets are good for wedding shopping , and after doing that I concluded that Delhi is the place to go for wedding shopping , I took my mom and my aunt with me. The day we landed in Delhi, we started going to the different stores and boutiques , when we stepped into frontier raas (south ex) I knew this was the place I’d be getting my dress from and when the store personnel took out the samples , I wasn’t liking anything till she brought out a piece which I totally fell in love with and didn’t want to see anything else . I went to the trial room and tried it and I knew that this is the lengha I wanted to get married in .
What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most fun part of the planning process was wedding shopping!!! There are so many markets that sell everything you possibly need for a wedding and you get to see the different styles of dresses , vibrant colors , etc ..
What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
When we got feedback directly from our guests , the most common comment was EVERYTHING was great . For some guests , it was an opportunity to have a mini vacation , for some it was a family reunion so all our guests enjoyed that weekend .
Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Yes , the moment that I entered ther wedding hall and I started crying as I was so happy that what I had dreamt of, was happening. The wedding hall was so beautiful and the decor was exactly the same that I communicated with Katie from Alquima.
