Melville, NY Fusion Wedding by House of Talent Studio

If you just said yes to the man of your dreams and are actively seeking wedding inspiration. Today we have the most lovely wedding to get you in the mood! Mina and Evan are a couple of charming new yorkers that decided upon a fusion wedding to tie the knot. House of Talent Studio, the South Asian wedding experts, elegantly captured the emotions of the unique affair. The Hilton Huntington's gardens served as a scenario for an adorable pre-wedding portrait session, where Mina and Evan could show off their traditional looks for the first time. She flaunted a stylish deep red embellished lehenga paired with a matching dupatta while her classic red lip makeup gave a touch of serious glam to the look! Evan looked sharp in a gold sherwani he paired with a velvet scarf and turban. The bridesmaids donned beautiful blue lehenga ensembles and charming deep purple gowns for the western ceremony. They all looked incredibly stylish!  A stunning Hilton Huntington ballroom locale harbored the ceremony that was no less than a floral wonderland thanks to Exclusive Events NY (Florista Decor). The decor team created a magnificent open mandap design and adorned the aisle with opulent floral pedestals. What a wedding fantasy! Soon after, the duo slipped into their second outfits and shared vows once more in a heartfelt western ceremony. Mina and Evan rejoined their loved ones and kicked off the celebration that was animated by Exclusive Events NY's DJ and catered by Bukhara Grill. The couple relied on wedding planner experts Chandai Events to take care of every detail and ensure every event ran smoothly. And what a great job they did! Every function was a huge success and was a true reflection of the couple's vision. These authentic images by  House of Talent Studio testify to that. Click here to unveil more of this fusion fete!

Pompton Plains, NJ South Indian Wedding by WSS Weddings

Haritha & Pranav's was a heartwarming celebration of their culture and love! With their loved ones coming from all over the world, they wanted their wedding to be an opportunity to make lifetime memories. Thankfully, WSS Weddings captured and filmed everything the couple experienced throughout their epic wedding week. The long list of wedding functions included a welcome party, Haritha Med School graduation, and a Sangeet event at the Hanover Marriott with a Taco Bell afterparty catering! Their wedding ceremony occurred at the famous Legacy Castle, which was an absolute dream thanks to the creative touch of Elegant Affairs. Marigold and golden hues were predominant. Even Maharani Haritha flaunted this rich shade in her bridal saree. She was flawless, thanks to the sought-after Cinderella Bridez's glam team, who also created her dazzling reception look! I loved the unique pattern on her silk trousseau and the beautiful Vadanam belt piece that matched her traditional jewelry set. Following the Telugu ceremony, the duo (both are talented dancers) surprised their loved ones with a unique first dance and treated them to fabulous fusion cuisine. The crowd's energy at the reception was incredible, so much so that DJ Suraj from Luxe Event Group volunteered to play his music there until 5 am! What a fantastic party it must have been! Attending a South Indian wedding is an experience unlike any other, and Haritha and Pranav's wedding was one for the books! Enjoy every image of this upscale union in our gallery

Eatontown, NJ Indian Wedding by Sachi Anand Photography

After sweethearts Madhavi and Bavesh got engaged at Princeton University, they started planning a wedding to remember! Full of celebration and tradition, their al fresco wedding was a lovely summer union at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel in Eatontown, NJ. This exclusive spot set the scene for a sacred wedding ceremony adorned by Abhishek Decorators with a charming Ganesh floral silhouette and white flowery strings. They also added a pop of color to the mandap with vibrant floral arrangements. After a morning of preparation, the couple met to exchange vows. Maharani Madhavi wowed with effortless grace! She opted for a stunning red lehenga and matching blouse specially brought from India by Megha & Jigar and draped and styled by Shiza Ahmed Makeup. Beforehand,  Mehndi by Anuja embellished the bride with an intricate mehendi design to complete the royal look. While Shiza Ahmed Makeup created her makeup with nude color eyeshadows and bold red lips that accentuated her natural beauty! Bavesh pulled off the ultimate Raja look! He was traditional and sophisticated in a three-piece sherwani with a golden coat, red trousers, and turban; he adorned with a jewelry piece. After the I do's, the couple welcomed their guests one more time at the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel for a blissful bash! I love how JK Cakery created a lovely wedding cake featuring the couple's avatars in clay. Such a sweet detail! I am glad these two found a beachfront post-nuptial retreat for their wedding photos. Sachi Anand Photography's team captured the couple on this sandy beach and the outcome is perfect, so ladies, you can't miss this amazing wedding gallery! Congrats to the couple for creating and designing such an outstanding and special event!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I met him on Hinge and knew he was the one on our second date.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
He proposed to me at Princeton University a week before my birthday.  He had plans to do propose at the lantern festival, but because of COVID the festival was canceled. He had limited options to surprise me, but it worked! He said he was taking me out for a birthday brunch, we took a walk after around the campus, and then he asked some strangers that were walking by to take a picture, but really he asked them to take a video.  He came up to me casually like let's take this picture but then started talking to me about how much he loved me and got down on his knee! It was just so perfect.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I mostly used Instagram to find all my vendors and plan our wedding.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I had been searching for a specific style of dress that was traditional red and gold but had some modern touches.  I ordered my dress online very shortly after I got engaged from India's pop-up, it was a Megha & Jigar Designer lehengha and thankfully, I ordered it when I did.  I heard of horror stories of packages not arriving from India during COVID, and a few people I know had to buy all new clothes from the USA last minute.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable part was being able to bounce ideas off of my husband. He very much wanted to be a part of the planning process. At first, I found it annoying, but then I felt grateful that he valued the day as much as me.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Guests were very impressed with our venue and the food. We got married at the Sheraton Eatontown, NJ and the food was from Chowpatty.  We also got a lot of praise for our wedding photos, and I HIGHLY recommend her Sachi Anand Photography; she was the best! And so sweet!

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Walking down the aisle, what a rush of emotions I definitely will never forget. You can only plan and control so much of what happens the weekend of your wedding.  What was told to me, and I am so thankful for, is the minute you start putting your Mehndi on or whatever your first event is, just let it go. Whatever planning you have done, it is going to come together, and if it doesn't do not stress about it.  Enjoy every minute of the wedding because it will FLY by and if we're lucky, it won't happen again, so be present in the moment and happy, it will be the best weekend of your life.

There are so many real weddings for you to get inspiration from! I hope to see you tomorrow.

Dallas, TX Indian Wedding by William Bichara Photography

Hello Maharanis! Welcome back to your uplifting inspiring wedding corner. Today we have the wonderful union of Preeya and Hardik, a beautiful couple that decided to tie the knot uniquely! These British-Texan lovebirds' big-day vision was to have a Sangeet/Garba instead of reception after the wedding and a Haldi on the wedding day morning! I love how rooted ceremonies and charming details bridged elegance with traditional beauty. Thankfully, Samaa Events by Samia planned and orchestrated this memorable celebration with their expertise. Brimming with colorful details and decorations, the Sangeet/ Raas Garba was a bright and joyful function. With family and friends coming from the US, India, and England, it was an excellent opportunity for everyone to mingle and share some good stories! A surprise dance performance opened the dance floor, and the festivity continued for hours as the DJ had everyone grooving and out of their seats the entire event. I am sure everyone loved it. Early the next day, their nearest and dearest rubbed the couple with Turmeric paste according to the tradition in an intimate Haldi ceremony ballroom decked in yellow hues and flowers that prepared them for the big moment a few hours later. Maharani Preeya mesmerized in red. She slipped into a fiery red lehenga with exquisite silver work while Brushonn by Alveena beautified her with a soft and flawless makeup look. Raja Hardik wore full white and entered the ceremony in the best Texan baraat style. In a pickup truck! I am sure there is nothing more Texan. DFW Hindu Temple was the place of worship these two picked to exchange vows. Decorated with a spectacular classic theme of red and white by Creative Wedding Decor and Events, this sacred spot showcased elegant drapery, floral arrangements, and a cozy candlelight backdrop. It was a real dream come true. With a philosophy of snapshots of raw beauty and timeless elegance William Bichara Photography presents an in-depth overview of this wedding affair through a series of captivating photos that are as unique as Preeya and Hardik's love! Visit our full gallery and get inspire by every image.

Ypsilanti, MI Indian Wedding by Rosy &  Shaun Wedding Photography

Hello loves, it is a pleasure to meet again. Today we bring an adorable union all the way from Ypsilanti, Michigan! A festival of love based on South India's most beautiful traditions. The fabulous dynamic duo of Rosy & Shaun Wedding Photography perfectly preserved all the essence of Vineetha and Kanav. I am head over heels for every single image, as it beautifully highlights the bliss of our lovebirds and the joy of their loved ones. As captivating as their love, the couple chose the breathtaking views of Ford Lake, and Eagle Crest Golf Club at Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest as the magical backdrop for their photoshoots and venue for the main wedding functions. The grandeur of Sangeet was absolute, thanks to the stunning marigold blooms in a fantastic bright yellow palette. While the central spot of the wedding ceremony was equally grand, decked with cascading florals and exquisite drapery for a royal look! Marigold Wedding Planners' team displayed their skills for decorating this wedding and planning every detail. Thanks to their excellent work Vineetha and Kanav could exchange vows amidst a regal environment! Vineetha dressed to turn heads for her ceremony and finished her Maharani look with soft and glowy makeup, thanks to the amazing Rochelle J & Amanie. I love how it highlighted her natural beauty! The wedding spree ended on a sweet note at the elegant Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. Here lovely pair flaunted glamorous looks. Raja Kanav opted for a timeless black tux, while Vineetha changed the red color for a marvelous light cyan trousseau! This couple's first dance was extra special thanks to the fantastic Sugar Events & Entertainment, who blended the best music and lighting, making this reception a memorable affair! Don't miss any snap of this lovely union in our complete gallery!
