Hello, beautiful ladies! As promised, we are back to unveil the Natasha & Noy's grand wedding finale, with a fabulous reception party you don't want to miss. On this final installment, we will admire the fantastic moment where two families gather to celebrate the promise of eternal love from their favorites. The exclusive Sheraton Mahwah Hotel hosted the epic celebration, and let me tell you that everyone enjoyed every single detail from it. Speaking of details, we want to take a second to remark the fantastic decoration created by Florista Decor. They filled the room with luxury ornaments and floral centerpieces, creating a soothing and perfect environment for the occasion. Just fantastic! Natasha, our beautiful Maharani, stole the show with such a royal presence, looking stunning! Everyone in the room scratched their eyes in amazement as she was a vision of beauty after being glamorized by Singhar by Ayesha, who assisted in such an excellent way praising her natural beauty! Everything was smooth and well-trimmed, and everyone had a blast, enjoying the delicious food served by Bukhara Grill, and the emotive speeches. Not to mention the phenomenal beats played by DJ USA, who turned this gala into a party with well-selected music and the setup of a fantastic floor wrap that everyone loved. If you can't get enough of this lovely couple, don't miss the shots captured by House of Talent Studio, in today's gallery. It is a visual delight you don't want to miss!

How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
Noy and I first met at an engagement party nearly 11 years ago, we were on opposite sides of the bridal party. We spent the night dancing around each other, “unintentionally” bumping into one another, and sharing many looks. But at that moment while unknowingly falling for each other we didn’t realize that Noy resides in the US, and I am from Canada! A couple of weeks after the event, Noy sent me an email, and instantly we knew what we had was good, and we did everything in our favor to make it work. I knew Noy was the one when he would drive 8+ hours to only see me for a few, sometimes we couldn’t see each other months, but we supported and loved each other deeply and found ways over the 500 mile distance.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Noy and I both come from very large, close knit families. I had mentioned to Noy a few times, why it was important to me to have our parents there when he proposed. In 2016 (after 7 years of long distance), I decided to move to New York City and pursue my masters. In 2018, at my grad school graduation, surrounded by our parents, and our siblings, Noy got down on one knee and officially ended the distance between us. Our siblings were in on the surprise and did everything they could to help Noy make the proposal a special one. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. As I screamed “YES!!”, I looked around and saw our families overfilled with Joy.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable part of the planning process was Noy and I working together through out. Planning a wedding could take a toll on you, but Noy and I constantly reminded each other that we were a team. From flying back and forth between Toronto and New York for trials and fittings, to cake tastings and dance classes, I wouldn’t change a thing of how it all came together for us.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Both Noy and I look back and remember the moment as we got ready for our reception. Just the presence of each other in the room felt different, this time we were together as husband and wife. I remember sharing looks from across our suite, watching Noy put his cuff links on that he so proudly picked out, it melted my heart. It was a moment in time, that we will always look back to and remember as we got ready for the most important night of our lives.

Atlanta, GA Indian Wedding by Brandon Andrews Photography

Good morning, Maharanis! We are in the middle of the week, and we are here to give you a shoot of inspiration. Today we are taking you to the majestic BAPS Mandir Atlanta, a perfect Hindu Temple chosen by Chetsi & Sachin to perform their traditional wedding ceremony. And let me tell you that it was a memorable moment that everyone enjoyed! Everyone admired the peacefulness and the beauty of the temple before heading back to the city for the reception. Pure Lotus Events planned and took our lovely duo's dream wedding and brought it to reality. What talent! Sachin, our elegant Raja, looked Chetsi in amazement as she entered the temple and walked down the aisle with a magical look as if she was taken out from a fairy tale! This was thanks to the tremendous talented style from Edge & Priss Glam, who assist our Maharani with all her beauty needs. We are lucky to have all of the details and the intimate moments of this event thanks to the shots captured by Brandon Andrews Photography, who transformed every emotion into a beautiful gallery that you can relive today. Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Our wedding could not have come together without our amazing vendors. We wanted a mix of  traditional and classic without it being overwhelming. We also knew we wanted to keep to a lower budget and not let things get out of hand. Every vendor was just amazing and brought both of our styles and different cultures together. We also had an amazing wedding coordinator who took all the stress away during the weekend that allowed all of us to relax and have a party!

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
We knew the color scheme we wanted for the wedding ceremony (dark red, gold, and white) but we didn't spend much time shopping for the right dress or right sherwani. I actually only had one day of shopping in Surat and bought my dress from the first local store we went to.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
I think one of the things the guests enjoyed was the ceremony venue. We wanted to get married at the BAPS Mandir because it was something my parents wanted, and we thought it would be a great opportunity for our friends to visit a Hindu temple. We built in some time after the ceremony so guests could walk around the property and enjoy the peacefulness and the beauty of the temple before heading back to the city for the reception.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Hands down, one of our favorite moments from our wedding was just knowing that everyone was having a great time. Our families may have been from different cultures and spoke different languages, but everyone was welcoming to each other and our friends. The best memories were on the dance floor! From seeing our wedding party from around the country learn Bollywood dances for Sangeet to seeing our families on the dance floor both nights with our friends.!

We have more for you, visit us for the beautiful outcome of this Wedding!

Amelia Island, FL Indian Wedding by Akbar Sayed Photography

Welcome back, Ladies! We are now ready to unveil the marvelous reception of Meera & Avinash's wedding. After their ceremony, it was time for the ravishing party to celebrate such a marvelous milestone. The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island was splendid and glowing for celebrations thanks  Myar Decor, who built a magical ambiance, with majestic flower arrangements and centerpieces gave a luxury and glam touch to every corner of the hall. What a perfect job! Combined with the designed planning from Amina Events, who, as we already know, never fail to impress, took this party to a higher level. The natural beauty of Meera made my jaw dropped as she was totally beaming with that soft lavender lehenga and her hair and makeup by  Glam by Richa! Such a beauty. The night was epic, and everyone had a blast to the rhythm of DesiBel Entertainment, who turned this gala into an awesome party. Today we are double featuring this event so that you can enjoy a marvelous photo gallery brought by Akbar Sayed Photography, and highlight-reel created by Regal Palette Studio, you can watch here. How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
At first, we met briefly through mutual friends when he visited Marquette for our ISA cultural show. And of course I was captured by his handsomeness; but our story actually began 2 years after this, when we crossed paths again during a friend's birthday celebration. For whatever reason, everyone had cleared out for a while and Nash & I were the only two remaining in the room. So naturally, I took this opportunity to get to know him better and it was during this conversation that I recognized my counterpart. Little details, like our birthdays being one day apart, our challenges with having to be the younger sibling in our families of 4, and each of us considering ourselves "chameleons" because of our adaptability throughout life--he was so unique, honest, and refreshing. I had a feeling right away that this guy was going to be way more impactful in my life that I had initially thought.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
Nash and I were taking a weekend roadtrip to Michigan on our own, without our dog. Saturday morning Nash had planned a wine tour at this amazing castle in Charlevoix. We were in the gift shop after the tour & the cashier recommended that we stroll by the pond area because we could go & feed birds. As we were walking over to the pond, I saw a man jogging with a dog and remember saying to Nash, "Man! We should have brought ours. We didn't we research the dog policy?"
He was just nervously laughing at this point and once we were close enough, I realized that the dog I had seen was our sweet boy Thor! And he was waiting on a bridge for us, surrounded by flowers, wine, and the cutest little sign. I was sobbing in tears at the disbelief of what was happening. Nash proposed on the bridge, and we got to capture these unbelievable moments with our pup right beside us.
We drove 6 hours back to Chicago right away, and Nash suggested that we stop by to wish our friends happy anniversary before heading home. Turns out it was a surprise party with every single one of my closest friends, even from out of town, along with our parents. The next day, he had planned a surprise brunch with one group of friends, a surprise lunch with another, followed by an evening with the rest of my immediate family members to bring the most surreal weekend to a close. I am still in awe that Nash was able to pull off 5+ surprises for me without me finding out.

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
I had always dreamed of getting married outdoors near the water. Our two pieces of criteria when venue searching was that it would be along the water, and that having our dog would be able to be in all of our events. Once we visited the Ritz-Carlton resort in Amelia Island, FL it was a no-brainer.
Although we had 5 wedding events, I had a total of 8 outfits throughout the course of our wedding weekend. Every single piece was customized for me in Mumbai, except for what I wore the morning of my Grah Shanti, which was my mom's wedding sari that she had carefully preserved.
@GlamByRicha has been a close family friend of mine for years, so when it came to hair & makeup I knew I didn't want anyone else. She is so gifted at her art and she made me feel so beautiful with every look that she created. Myar Decor provided all of our florals and decor services; I wasn't a bride who had very specific visions in regards to decor but Mital worked with me so diligently, making sure no option went overlooked, and that I was comfortable with what she and her team were producing for us.
When I first met DesiBel Entertainment, our DJ team, at a wedding in Cancun in 2016 I promised myself that I wouldn't get married without them. Their saxophonist, Harshal Dave, is hands-down one of the most unique individuals I have ever met. Lastly, I cannot rave about Akbar Sayed Photography and Regal Palette Studio enough. Their work speaks for themselves and the amount of creativity and care that they put into their work is overwhelming. Nash and I were very blessed to be surrounded by teams of people with so much skill & patience.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
Nash and I knew from the beginning that we were not a couple destined to wear the traditional red. One of the things I learned about Nash very early on is that one of his favorite colors is actually pink! Knowing that our wedding ceremony would be held outdoors, we envisioned pink & white as the perfect combination for our special day. At the same time, I wanted the embroidery of my dress to still be traditional and not overwhelmingly heavy, simply because of the fact that I knew I was going to be outdoors all morning. I also wanted the opportunity to re-purpose my wedding outfit and wear it to other functions, rather than have it hanging in my closet for the rest of my life.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
During the 11 months of wedding planning, trying to plan my dream wedding while also respecting my parents wishes was certainly a challenge. However, when I reflect on the process....it was also the most enjoyable component. I got to spend so much time with them, learn so much about their innermost thoughts and visions, strengthen our communication, and really just become so much closer to them--something I didn't think was possible after having been living with them for the majority of my life. Many people would rather have their parents on the sidelines, without any interference or input from them. But I consider myself so lucky to have had the privilege to overcome these barriers together and find a united outcome with them. Having the chance to figure out how to be on the same team before moving out: that was the most enjoyable part of planning for me.

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
Our wedding was nearly 4 months ago; but to this day, we are still hearing from our guests about how phenomenal their Ritz-Carlton experience was throughout our wedding weekend. The most exquisite factor that we continue to hear about was the food! The concoction of dishes, the presentation of each item, and the uniqueness of the menu for each of the 5 events. We are so lucky to have met Chef Jayshri of Ritz-Carlton and have her lead the culinary experience for our wedding guests.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Absolutely. Our vidaai was the most memorable part of the entire weekend for me. Nash and I had decided on a 2-person scooter for our departure after the wedding. We knew this would be met with a lot of surprise as its not very traditional; but what we did not anticipate was how liberating our vidaai would really feel for us. Amelia Island is so unique, as it is surrounded by tunnels of trees as well as water....getting to drive off after the wedding, wrapped up around my new husband, wind in our faces with no one else around us, and being surrounded by this kind of beauty. It was truly the definition of "bliss".

Do you have any words of wisdom for Brides-To-Be?
If it won't matter 10 years from now, then don't waste time dwelling on it.

Come back tomorrow, we have a new event prepared for you!
