Listen up, Maharanis! Get ready to be indulged with some major and fresh wedding inspiration. Acclaimed Castaldo Studios had the honor to portrait Reshma and Roshan during their wedding festivities in Orlando, Florida and the images are just impeccable. So make sure to get comfortable for what's coming up next. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress usually hosts magnificent events, and this time this luxury venue set the scene for the Indian wedding sangeet and ceremony of this cute pair. The special days were filled with joy, happiness, and incredible details. Eventrics Weddings ensured that the intense days ran smoothly and pleasantly, orchestrating the elaborate celebrations to perfection. The planning crew teamed with NJP Events, who came up with a covetable decor theme that you will adore. Reshma's bridal apparel was stunning! No detail was overlooked when it came to her look. Style By Susmita was in charge of her hair and makeup, while Designs by Varsha did the beautiful paisleys that decked her hands. She glowed during the ceremony in a white and gold majestic lehenga and elevated the look with a red flowy dupatta. I adore how Roshan paired with his Maharani, opting for a white sherwani suit, and completed the elegant trousseau with a green emerald velvet scarf. He completely nailed it and resembled a Bollywood groom! Once the ceremony was over, guests rushed to one of the most unique venues in Central Florida, The Sun 'n Fun Aerospace Campus! This particular space was transformed into a celebratory setting with magical Gobo lighting, a regal sweetheart table, and tons of white florals. Platinum-toned silvers and blue shades added shimmery and brought to life the entire decor. Reshma and Roshan decided to go with Volcanik Entertainment LLC, who performed the best Bollywood tunes for the crowd and picked Mast Masala Caterers to create the traditional dishes that were served during the night. For their last event, the newlyweds look like a million dollars. They both flaunted exquisite designs. Roshan slipped into a white dinner jacket while Maharani Reshma's long sleek hair blended so well with her platinum lehenga choli set. Such a stylish duo. Houston, TX Indian Wedding by Mir Anwar Studios

Krishna & Bhavik put together an elegant Indian wedding, and we can't express how happy we are to unveil everything about it. You will discover the fabulous celebrations thanks to Mir Anwar Studios. The storytellers captured all the highlights and impressions of an unforgettable weekend. Luxury wedding planners Lavender Pearl ensured all wedding activities run smoothly so the couple could breathe easily and relax. The pre-wedding ceremonies included a beautiful Pithi, a Mehndi ceremony, and perhaps the most fun; a big Sangeet night. Fast forward, the ceremony day was definitely one for the books! Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria was the venue chose to hold the important occasion. It provided a beautiful and immense ballroom hall that was transformed into a sanctuary for the traditional rituals. Let's remember this a pre-covid union, so the entire place was full of family and friends who could observe first hand the astounding work of Prashe Decor. There was plenty of room for personalization and creativity, so the team embellished the center stage with a romantic rustic arch backdropped by a fabulous candle wall. This romantic theme continued during the reception, as every table display charming blooms. What a dreamy setting! The bride's apparel was also festooned with flowers. She opted for a timeless bridal lengha with floral embroidery for her wedding function and donned a light makeup look created by Aura Airbrush Makeup. She was absolutely stunning! Raja Bhavik also pulled off great ensembles that ranged from a jazzy Sherwani to a stylish suit for the reception party. Carson, CA Indian Wedding by Peter Nguyen Studio

Ladies, we are excited to present today a wedding extravaganza that a pandemic couldn't stop! Darshana and Ankur are a glamorous Indian couple that held an intimate union in California. We are glad that Peter Nguyen Studio delivered the impeccable images you are about to peruse, and that will keep all the wedding bliss alive and fresh in the couple's mind. Before walking down the aisle, the bride and groom saw each other for the first time prior to the vow exchange, and the striking pictures unveil the special moment. Maharani Darshana surprised the Raja of her dreams in a spectacular red lehenga with sparkly blooms motifs. Neha Assar adorned her hands with a maroon mehndi design, and she had the best beauty artist Dolled up by Lulu create a glowing makeup to complete her bridal look. At the same time, dapper Ankur proudly flaunted a floral sherwani that made him looked as royal as ever. Shree Ramkabir Mandir was the perfect setting to celebrate their affair with the ceremony taking place in an impressive draped stage produced by Unique Flowers and Events by Milan; this event was one for the books. The creative team also created customized the lovely floral arrangements that decorated the aisle while a blush color tent harbored the guests with style. I love the endless blush and champagne shades they picked. Every color provided an elegant visual feast! How did you meet your Groom and when did you know he was "the one"?
I met Ankur on the Bumble dating app. I knew he was the one when he agreed to go see Aladdin the musical with me.

Share the scoop on your Proposal Story!
The proposal was a COMPLETE surprise!!! We were traveling to Spain to visit my sister and her family. My sister and her family were showing us around and we went to Parque del Retiro. We were walking around and Ankur led me to a gazebo which was decorated with flowers! Next thing I know he was down on one knee proposing!!!!

Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
Social media was very helpful while planning for my wedding during the pandemic. I used IG pages and facebook to contact vendors for hair/makeup, outfits, decor, and mendhi. Everyone was very helpful and understanding due to the pandemic.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
I wanted a traditional red bridal lengha. I wasn't able to go to India and my mom and aunt were very helpful. They knew I wanted a red bridal lengha. Whatapp video calls were very helpful.

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
The most enjoyable part was planning on what I wanted for my bridal mendhi. I wanted something that represents both Ankur and I. Neha Assar did an amazing job with my bridal mendhi and working with her was a great experience!

What did your guests particularly love about your Wedding?
The guests enjoyed the intimate wedding.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
The moment that replays in my head how my family and extended family worked together to make my wedding happen. Everyone played a significant role.

Maharanis is so good to bring you another pre-pandemic wedding story. Sheena and Julio are a beautiful Indian Venezuelan couple that will overflow your screen with color and joy. These Californian lovebirds celebrated several auspicious pre-wedding events at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas. Both, the groom and bride's family and friends gathered at this exclusive resort to mingle and inaugurate the celebrations with a Sangeet night. Flamenco Fever Dallas entertained the guests while Jay Bharat indulged them with Indian dishes; the Sangeet was the perfect occasion to introduce the groom's side to the rich Indian cuisine and vibrant traditions. Brilliant! To honor Maharani Sheena's background, an enchanting Hindu ceremony was held in the vast gardens of Omni Rancho Las Palmas and turned out just spectacular. All the grandeur of Indian weddings' rituals were displayed under an austere yet charming draped mandap that Artisan Events created with love for the duo. Events by C helped bring come to life the wedding concept planning with meticulous organization and attention to detail every aspect of the union. The fairy godmother of brides, Dolled up by Lulu showed off her talent, creating stunning hair and makeup for Sheena that lasted from the first event to her last dance. Our today's bride completed her look with a splendid Manshaa Manshaa The Designer Studio's lehenga and coordinated colors with her dapper groom. I love how flawlessly Julio embraced his new culture and debuted as the ultimate Raja. That's great!  Wahh World Fusion Band created a sophisticated and jazzy environment for the reception while Natraj Restaurants & Catering provided a top-notch dinner for the newlyweds' big night. Tell us how you went about planning your wedding, and your overall experience with the Venues, Hair & Makeup, Outfits, Decor Theme, and all of the other important details.
First and foremost we kept the beautiful words of Maya Angelou in mind as we adapted the motto "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Likewise, we chose our venue and vendors with the same consciousness in mind. And we cannot sing enough praises for all the beautiful people involved in making this event a success. Did I mention, our wedding was March 14, 2020? Just imagine what was going through the minds of all our guests and dedicated vendors as the world was rapidly shutting down around us all.

Julio and I area all about planning. The first decision we made was to hire a wedding planner with experience with Indian Weddings. We knew this would be the seed to grow the roots that would support everything that was to come in planning the multiple day event, and that really paid off when we were faced with a global pandemic.

Chandani and her team at Events by C were absolute rockstars. Obsessed with spreadsheets (we love that), resourceful, graceful, calm, patient, and were pivotal in making everything a success. They took such good care of us and our families that they felt like family themselves. At any moment that something was needed before and during the events, they were always within arm's reach and made sure things happened straight away. Carly McGarry was an absolute gem of a Wedding Venue Coordinator at Omni Rancho Las Palmas and quickly became part of that dream team. We can not say enough about the kindness, flexibility, time and care she gave us. Neither of us would ever have imagined choosing a golf course as a venue, we made the decision based on Carly's hospitality, convenience for guests and experience overall that we'd be able to provide. Again, the best decision ever when we had to made last minute decisions and changes for safety protocols against many unknowns that were to come due to the pandemic. Between Events By C and Carly, they made it all look so easy and we could not be more grateful.

Archana at Manshaa & Zevara by Archana quickly became a dear friend. She put so much care into our wedding outfits, every little piece has a story and every material of the highest quality. What an amazing talent. Neha Assar's skills need no introduction and no words can describe, she puts so much care and deep meaning into every inch. She is also the most gentle kind person you could work with and she is also a friend we hold close to our hearts. Lulu and her team were absolutely amazing. There is no doubt they are the absolute best for hair and make-up, but a little fun fact is when Lulu was dolling me up was the only moment I personally felt overwhelmed by the pandemic. Lulu handled the situation like a boss and got me back on track to enjoy everything. We're so grateful to her and her team.

Food by Natraj was incredible, took me back to the best restaurants in India and hands down the most seamless coordination with the venue. Jay Bharat is our regular go to and they never disappoint. Alexander at Amara Cafe provided incredibly delicious treats and kind service for our Venezuelan catering in conjunction with the very talented Omni Chef who wowed us with is Venezuelan dishes. Olive Wood Pizza was very easy to work with and was absolutely delicious. All of our vendors were truly amazing for our Indian Venezuelan mix from the Flamenco Dancers, Indian World Jazz Band, Indian DJ, KG Henna, local Artisan Decor, Rahul Rana Photography and Sunbeat Films. It was truly our coordinators and all our vendors who made it a success.

How did you select your bridal lengha or wedding dress? Did you have a favorite color in mind?
We met with Archana and shared our idea of incorporating my Mom's wedding Sari into a modern, light, modest yet regal Rajput inspired design. We loved that she knows how to avoid all the harsh chemicals and has a more sustainable approach to her process. All of the magic is credit to Archana. Some say I was a funny bride, I didn't understand the investment of a wedding outfit that was only to be worn once and then stowed away for eternity. I shared that thought with Archana and was amazed she completely understood and actually agreed with me. She proposed the idea of making the outfit in layers, so I could use each layer individually for years to come, and I already have :)

What was the most enjoyable part of the planning process, and why?
Making the invitations and all the design elements together with Julio. As Visual Designers, we rarely get to create projects with 100% our vision in mind.

Was there a really special moment in your wedding that constantly replays in your mind?
Julio can be known to be on the quieter side at times, but what people might not know is that he is a Gemini. I was completely caught off-guard when the "other Julio" walked onto the stage at the reception and sang in front of everyone.

Gross Pointe Farms, MI Sikh Wedding by Making the Moment

Maharanis! We are glad to present another wedding dream that I'm sure will inspire every bride and groom! Today's newlyweds, Kitty and Apram put together an authentic Sikh wedding experience, luckily Making the Moment Photography captured all the wedding bliss, traditions and sophisticated details. Showing their famous joyous and vibrant Punjab hospitality, the wedding spree started with a brightly Sangeet at Farmington Hills Manor.  Soon after, these cute pair tied the knot at The War Memorial in a ceremony beyond gorgeous, all perfectly decorated by Weddings by Lama. I was instantly charmed by the dreamy white mandap that looked splendid with the lake view as a backdrop. Just amazing! Both Kitty and Apram opted for the famous Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla as their official designer and mesmerized wearing dazzling pink ensembles. Beauty gurus Hair by Aysha and Makeup By JHobby, finished the bride's look and dolled up Kitty with an impeccable rose bun and glowing makeup. The reception's end result was an elegant affair that gathered the couple's favorite people in an epic party that took place at the Novi Sheraton Hotel. Big shout to one of the best DJ services, DJ Ice & Fresh Productions that provided memorable entertainment all night long. We love the stationery and décor that added a glam vibe to the event.
