Welcome back, Maharanis! Nobility Events perfectly planned an amazing South Asian wedding reception, and we're excited to share it with you! Working together with Imperial Decor, Nobility Events transformed the Deerfield Country Club into the Indian bride's dream. The vibrancy of Maharani Kajal's orange sari with the bright purple and pink decor made for some stunning photos by Hugo Juarez Photography! Of course, Flawless Beauty by Pauline's fabulous hair and makeup also helped make the blushing Indian bride more beautiful for the special occasion! After cutting the cake, DJ RAJ Entertainment & Event Lighting made sure everyone stayed on the dancefloor, playing the right songs to make every moment of the night memorable! Maharani Kajal on her favorite part of wedding planning:

"I liked thinking about the small details -- having a picture of my dad at the venue (he passed away when I was younger), having milk & cookies for the kids during the toast, etc. I loved that I could come up with ideas and my mom/sister-in-law would make them happen!"

On the most magical moment of the wedding:

"Being carried down the aisle was so special and the moment felt magical -- everything was just perfect -- the weather, the music, my family and of course Akshar!"

On the perfect first dance song:

"We made a mix of John Mayer's 'XO' and Aashiqui 'Tum Hi Ho.' We knew we wanted a fusion of American/Indian and we just chose 2 songs we really liked!"

On the role her family played in the wedding:

"My sister-in-law and mom were a huge part in making all of my ideas come to life. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to do all of this as I am in residency and didn't always have much time."

You made it just in time for the Sikh wedding ceremony as our lovely couple becomes husband and wife! This duo exchanged endearing smiles with one another during their traditional wedding ceremony! The newlyweds can't help, but stare at each other during their wedding portraits and the photography experts at Desi Intervention captured these moments perfectly! Our couple makes a quick change into their reception attire for a night filled with tons of laughs, smiles, and most of all love! Kirnbir is stylish in her pink and fuschia reception lengha paired with an elegant updo and bold make-up look for the evening as our groom is dashing in a grey suit and tie combination. The wedding reception decorated in silver and hot pink draping was the perfect backdrop for this duo as they celebrated their union! As day three of this fusion wedding begins we catch Seema as she is getting ready with glamour expert Diem of Hair and Makeup by Diem Angie! Seema is dolled up with pink lipstick and a wavy hairstyle complimenting her white wedding dress with a beaded bodice. A vision of elegance the two lovebirds make the windy city their playground during their wedding portraits beautifully captured by Studio Starling! Seema and Matt say 'I do' for the second time at the W Chicago City Center which was exquisitely decorated in tealight candles, white orchids and calia lilies! There was a seamless transition to the stunning wedding reception thanks to the planning and design experts at LOLA Event Productions. It was quite the soirée as we heard the musical stylings of the Becca Kaufman Orchestra and Creative Sounds had everyone on their feet! The bride on a special moment:

"For me, the most magical moment was walking into the ceremony towards the mandap, where Matt was waiting. There was a sense of spirituality but also excitement. Having my good girl friends and close cousins surround me made it even more special. I can vividly remember walking past friends and family, everyone with smiles stretched ear to ear. And when I approached the mandap, I not only saw my future husband, but my future in-laws and, importantly, my parents beaming with pride. I will never forget that moment."

You have made it back just in time for the wedding reception held at The Westin Annapolis in Maryland! Right after their wardrobe change we catch our couple during their playful and romantic reception portraits wonderfully photographed by Catch Motion Studio! Our couple swapped their colorful duds for a romantic subtle look with Sukhman stylishly dressed in an ivory lengha with gold embroidery and a hint of pink and green while Shawn dons a grey tuxedo with a pink bow-tie. This delightful duo celebrates their union during their first dance as they gaze into each other's eyes they see only each other! After watching their reception performances the two lovebirds are ready to indulge in their cake—showing us you can really have your cake and eat it too! The bride on her special moment:

"Making our grand Mr. and Mrs. entrance for the reception day was the most magical. I was walking side by side with my husband for the first time as husband and wife and everyone there that day who saw us enter, embraced us together and I could feel it.
It was definitely magical."

On the first dance:

"The first dance song (Tum hi ho) is something I'd listen to and immediately think of my husband and smile.

And one day I played the song on my phone just for fun and we were alone and we started practicing slow dancing to it and realized how much it mixed well with our vibe.
Definitely have to give credit to my sister who initially made me listen to the song for the first time one day and I was in love with it!
And that was officially our first dance song."

On her hair and makeup look:

"For both days, I wanted my hair and makeup to blend really well with my outfits.
For the wedding day- the makeup and hair had to be royal and complimenting to the bright colors and style of my salwar Kameez. And thanks to Adiba (my artist that day) she completed the whole look for me. It was perfection. I felt like royalty when she was done.
It was perfect.

For the reception- I wanted a romantic hair and makeup look. Again, very airy and light to compliment the off white and hints of pink and green. Mala (my reception make up artist) made that come true! I was so pleased with it! She definitely brought the look together for me that day!"

On special details:

"Every single family member and friend I can think of those days and even leading up to the big day, did an amazing job helping both of us out. Everyone's heart were in it and we're so supportive and helpful which made the experience so memorable for the both of us!"

You're just in time for this one-of-a-kind outdoor wedding ceremony! Our ravishing bride Ingrid is atop of a white horse as her dad accompanies them down the aisle. Arvind dashing in a grey fedora and vest ensemble is met with anticipation and excitement as he sees his bride in her soft ivory wedding dress with flowers adorned in her hair created by Stylebysmita is the perfect mix of rustic elegance! Ingrid can't help the tears of joy streaming down her face as the two exchange vows and rings under a rustic style arch with floral arrangements by floral expert Mayuri's Floral Design! The newlyweds head off to their wedding reception to enjoy the summer night amongst family and friends as they celebrate their union! The bride on her wedding style:

"I wanted it to be an outdoor wedding and I wanted it to be rustic. I also wanted people to have fun and for the wedding to not be too formal. I liked purple and pink, but natural colors towards the green outdoor background. We met with a florist (Mayuri) who did a great job at understanding my/our natural and rustic taste. She made an awesome arch that I loved and a great natural ring pillow. I also knew early on that I wanted a horse and that I wanted my dad to help me get in on the horse, but not lead me all the way up to Arvind, as I don't like the symbolism of being given away and being someone's property."

On a special moment:

"The entire evening/night was amazing! I loved how everyone was dancing with each other, no matter where they came from or how old they were! I loved seeing people having fun!"

On their song:

"We had "The way I am" by Ingrid Michaelson. We had choreographed a dance. I picked a handful of songs I liked and we both liked this one, the lyrics and the melody."

On special details:

"Arvind parents knew what I liked and were able to find the place. We decided we wanted indian food, and they found a caterer and helped out with a lot of other details. His aunts and uncles arranged food and a house for the party the day before the wedding. We had bridesmaids and groomsmen who were great and my brother and Arvind`s aunt were the masters of ceremony/toast masters."
