After their traditional Indian wedding ceremony, the bride and groomed slipped away to capture some intimate photos with Zorz Studios while Fragile Paradise prepared to bedeck the exquisite Regency Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport. The bride exchanged her traditional bridal garb for a gorgeous tangerine and gold lengha festooned with heavy patch work. The bride keep her hair in braids and adorned with flowers. The venue was lit to perfection by EF Lighting with Planet Dj Productions manning a very packed dance floor! Fun was a key element at this lavish reception party! Guests were treated to tandoor galore with Taj Mahal catering setting up an impressive buffet with specialties such as tandoori chicken and lamb boti kebab. We made it through Thanksgiving Maharanis and now it's time for the wonderful Christmas holiday! Today we bring you a fusion Indian wedding out of Pittsburgh. Maharani Manjula and Evan have perfected an exemplary union and it’s exciting to see how the couple fused Manjula’s traditional Indian background with Evan’s Western upbringing for a unique and personal wedding celebration. The couple wed at the Hyatt Pittsburgh Airport with Evan’s mighty baraat led by a gorgeous Percheron draft horse from Carriage Limousine. Manjula was festooned in a traditional gold and orange silk sari draped under a plait styled braid adorned with white flowers. The bride opted for both a tikka and necklace that shown brightly on the her attire. I loved the aspect that this bride was traditional yet classy with classical draping and styling by Peacock Creations. The bride and groom opted for a traditional silk mandap designed by Fragile Paradise alongside wedding planner Divine Celebrations who orchestrated the numerous events. Zorz Studios was there each step of the way capturing all the images that you will find in the gallery.

Eloquent and luxurious romance set the tone for Maharani Shruti and Hemang’s wedding reception at The Stonegate Conference & Banquet Centre. This Maharani most certainly hand picked her wedding attire with bold visualization in mind. Trading in her custom fit white and pink bridal lengha and slipping into a gold embroidered net anarkali with sari, stone and sequin needlecraft work was most certainly befitting for a royal affair. I am a lover of long locks and soft makeup - a bridal look that was perfected by Makeup by Bushra! The exotic ballroom at The Stonegate was enhanced with low lighting and gold accents played a key role: gold chiavari chairs, table settings and embellishments set the space in a monarchial tone. The setup by Payal Salvi of Moment of Elegance was easy on the eyes thanks to all these fantastic images caught on camera by Dybala Studio! Head into the gallery for more majestic moments!

It’s the first of the month Maharanis! We all know what this means: new goals, new adventures and another lavish Indian affair to share with you! Today we are in the delightful city of Hoffman Estates in Illinois for Maharani Shruti's wedding celebration to explore this lavish Indian event. Makeup artist Makeup by Bushra added the finishing touches to our beautiful bride beautifying her with a soft makeup glow. The bride was pretty in pink in an eye catching pale red dupatta paired with heavily embellished, white lengha. It is not often an Indian bride dons a white lengha, and we are simply in love with Maharani Shruti's choice of bridal wear! After the bride was dolled up, she was ready for her big debut down a white satin pathway covered in colorful flower petals. The spacious venue was decorated with elegance and class by Moment of Elegance by Payal Salvi while the dance floor was kept jam packed with Summit Puri of MW Finest DJ’s behind the turntables. The cheerful vibe of the venue at The Stonegate Conference and Banquet Centre only added to the charismatic charm of this lovely couple. The second edition of Heather & Devan’s nuptials comes in the form of a lovely Christian ceremony and reception, both at the Suburban Showplace. Utsav Planners prettified the venue in an effortless style, featuring white and coral bouquets at the entrance of the aisle, and white drapery as the backdrop of the altar. It was endearing to see matching outfits and mismatched socks of Devan’s groomsmen, and coordinated coral dresses of the bridesmaids. Before she put it on, Heather's white lace dress with an embellished sweetheart neckline dangled on a custom "Mrs. Gandhi" hanger - AWW! Saffron Dining satiated the palates of the guests, while the DJ's from Platinum Event Group had the guests dancing to their tunes. The tasteful ballroom-style reception had sweet hints of vintage - elegant midnight blue sequined table linens were offset with gold Chiavari chairs and antique signs like “Better Together” on the cake, and “LOVE” on the backdrop. A table card with the wedding hashtag was framed along with the centerpiece clusters - what a fuss-free display idea! The reception also included a sweet guitar solo from Devan.
