Wednesday has arrived, Maharanis! Today, we head down to Alpharetta in Georgia to witness all the glam and love that went on for Deepa & Shane's grand Sikh-Hindu wedding, and let me tell you, it was amazing. The Hotel at Avalon Autograph Collection was the host venue and the couple couldn't have chosen a better place for the gala, which was planned and designed by none other than Crimson Bleu Events! Having them planning your bash means peace of mind that everything will run extra smooth! The queen of the night, Maharani Deepa, definitely stole the show, just like real Maharanis do on their wedding day. Her orange sherbet lehenga, topped with a gorgeous hair and makeup design by none other than Makeup by Anita, left no doubt in our minds, this bride was just something else! After the joyous ceremony came to an end and Devika & Ricky were officially husband and wife, it was time for the party to start. The Rickhouse, beautifully decorated by the floral wonders of Lilac Floral Decor, housed what it was going to be a night to remember. The reception gala had everything we love about Indian weddings. Color, dancing, friends, and of course, love! Such a romantic flair to say the least! As we will see, KR Entertainment's beat lit up the place, everyone was just tearing the dancefloor apart and our friends from Vesic Photography were there to store it all! What can be better than celebrating the most important day of your life surrounded by the ones you love? We agree, very few things! Thursday has arrived and with it, a brand new wedding feature for our inspiration and sighing! This time, we head down to Durham in North Carolina to witness everything that happened at The Rickhouse for Devika & Ricky's nuptials! As you probably expect, color and glam were present at all times, as it should be! Their vision was this intimate flair that beautifully showcased the couple's personalities and tastes. Proof of that is the beautiful decor that made the ceremony venue just glow with minimalist elegance. Maharani Devika took my breath away with her bridal saree as well. The tones of pale turquoise, coral and along with the magenta of her saree top, were definitely the right choice! She was totally beaming! Lucky for us, our friends from Vesic Photography were there to capture it all for today's gallery! So, ladies, join us as we join Devika & Ricky on the most important day of their lives! After the beautiful Chinese ceremonies that united Preeti & Jerry for eternity happened, it was time to celebrate such a huge milestone India style! The Belle Voir Manor and The Hilton Philadelphia at Penns Landing were the venues chosen by the newlyweds for the gala and we know about the exclusivity and elegance of them, so it was no secret that the flair was just overflowing with style. So amazing! What was also out of this world was Maharani Preeti's gorgeous indigo saree! Seriously, this wedding transcended in so many ways, one of them being the couple's fashion choices. Those details are what make weddings like this, truly special and unique! Kudos to the couple for such a grand bash and kudos to the team from Lightyear Studio, who as always, delivered a set of images that will be kept in our couple's hearts and memories for eternity! Monday is here, ladies! And what better way to start it than with a brand new wedding feature? This time we have a very special flair for you. It is no secret that we love fusion weddings, there is so much to look at and get inspired by and definitely today's gala has all those things and more. Today we welcome Preeti & Jerry's lovely vision of grandeur coming from Philadelphia, and as you probably expect, the bash was truly one of a kind.
