Welcome back, Maharanis! If you are into European minimalism, listen carefully, because we got a dazzling fusion treat for you today! Meryl-Lyn & Mathew's New York wedding screams luxury and elegance, and the wedding photos by KSD Weddings is an eye-candy for any wedding planner or bride. The beautiful and romantic ceremony was held in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale in New York. The bride stood out in her shining white dress, white heels, and an unique embroidered veil when walking down the aisle to give her I do's to the man of her dreams. Her bouquet was kept in a rich red, ivory white, and a touch of royal purple. We love Meryl-Lyn's makeup that was completed to perfection with a light pink eye shadow. Her husband to be looked liked something seen in a 007 movie, which indicates; extremely handsome in black and spotless white with a white boutonniere perfecting the picture. We are not sure about the designer, but the suit definitely looks tailored. Mathew's groomsmen were wearing stellar grey suits and the bridesmaids looked amazing in purple. No doubt they all had been pampered and cared for. We can't wait to for you to read the continuation of this love story. Welcome back Maharanis! We’re pumped to share all the inside scoop on Khushali and Yash’s SoCal reception extravaganza. The event took place on Christmas Eve, and we couldn’t imagine a more magical way to celebrate the holidays. The ambiance in the room at the Hyatt Regency Orange County was one of utter romance and glamour from floor to ceiling. 2Create Designs outdid themselves with their transformation of the space to resemble something out of a fairytale. Our jaws dropped when we glimpsed the massive floral arrangements and glittering stage design. The decked out ballroom was a perfect reflection of the remarkable love that Khushali and Yash share. For the event, Maharani Khushali wore a sherbert orange gown that we adored for its chic playfulness! We don’t see many orange gowns on brides, so we appreciated the uniqueness of the look, as well as her sultry makeup and soft waves created by the artists at Beauty by Lishma. The couple’s program featured delightful speeches and dances, followed by mouthwatering catering by Jay Bharat. When Riamu Entertainment assembled onstage, guests rushed to the dance floor to show off their best moves. There’s something about SoCal Indian weddings that tug at our heartstrings. Khushali and Yash’s Orange County celebrations were no exception! Though the event took place around Christmas time, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky during their sun drenched festivities. We were transported to an Indian palace when viewing their ceremony space at Chinmaya Mission where an elaborate mandap and rich gold drapings were erected by Deepti’s Floral Designs & Mandaps for the couple’s nuptials. Khushali was dazzling in a royal white and red lehenga and pristine hair and makeup by Beauty by Lishma. Her kundan jewelry glittered during the ceremony, and she transfixed all with her beauty! Khushali and Yash’s traditional vows were heartfelt, and we teared up when witnessing Maharani Khushali embrace her family before exiting the venue with her new hubby. Welcome back Maharanis! Ritu and Timothy followed their beautiful sangeet at Chateau Briand and Sikh wedding ceremony at Glen Cove Gurudwara. The festivities ended with this last feature - a ritzy reception soiree at The Hamlet Golf and Country Club. The surroundings at their reception were magical, with guests greeted by a sparkling fountain outside the venue. Inside the hall, a dazzling abundance of lush florals and moody up lighting were set up by the planning and design team at R And S Events and the floral and decor geniuses at Stylish Events that resulted in the perfect romantic ambiance. At the center of the room stood a mouthwatering, four tiered cake studded with lovely blue roses by Francesco's Bakery. We also have to mention how obsessed we are with the newlyweds’ reception looks. Timothy was dressed in a snazzy blue tuxedo, while Ritu was adorned in a rich navy lehenga and goddess worthy hair and makeup by Kanwal Batool. When the couple burst into the ballroom, they kicked the celebrations into high gear. The crowd went absolutely wild as Timothy whisked Ritu into a deep dip on the dance floor! Today, we’re very excited to feature Ritu and Timothy’s wedding celebrations. These lovebirds are both talented finance professionals who met in a New York bar in 2012. The rest is history! After viewing the couple’s wedding photos, we were pleased to note this couple is just as skilled planning an incredible wedding celebration (with some help from Seema Sahani from R And S Events) as they are analyzing numbers. The festivities kicked off with a joyous sangeet at the Chateau Briand, followed by a beautiful Sikh ceremony at the Glen Cove Gurudwara. Ritu was a truly stunning bride in a fashion forward red lehenga and bombshell hair and makeup by Kanwal Batool. After the ceremony, the newlyweds took some time to bask in each other’s company while posing for some of the most stunning wedding portraits we’ve ever seen. Vivid Capture Studio took some magical images of the glowing newlyweds with the sky serving as a stunning backdrop.
