We are absolutely in love with all the glitz and glam of Maharani Fhiza and Shiraz’s wedding reception party at the Waterford Receptions and can’t wait to tell you all about it! For her grand finale, the bride slipped into a mint green and coral wedding style salwaar kameez. Luscious locks and glowing skin by Afshan Khan completed the bridal look. The venue was transformed into a luxurious haven by the artistry works of Sarah Khan Event Styling. The sweetheart stage was flourishing with fresh blooms and romantic lighting. Hungry guests dined on specialty catering from Karahi Kabob and desserts from Little Cup Cakery. DJ Lucky ensured that the dance floor was filled to the brim and as you can see from these photos, guests had a ball! Today’s star-studded Pakistani wedding curated and shot by Akbar Sayed Photography is a candy coated treat to the eyes. Maharani Fhiza and Shiraz celebrated two different wedding celebrations in both Maryland and Virginia. Fhiza’s bridal fashions were hand plucked by Umsha by Uzma Babar. For her mehndi ceremony at the Double Tree Hilton, the bride slipped into a tangerine and gold wedding dress and was adorned with shiny jewelry from Jewels n Gems. Glowing skin and coral lips were the artistry work of Afshan Khan. The venue was sprinkled with colors and my favorite invention of the  night was a tree centerpiece covered in dangling bangles. The bride and groom switched gears and guests flocked to the Diyanet Center of America in Maryland for the Nikkah celebration. The venue does not need further decor as the walls, ceilings, and floors are adorned in intricate architectural panache. The bride’s silver wedding gown was both modern and traditional, with minimal jewelry to not overshadow the wedding garb. See for yourself! After viewing these photos by Inspired Effects, we’re wishing with all our might that we could travel back in time and garner an invite to Susan and Simon’s sizzling reception bash. The newlyweds burst into the venue surrounded by a haze of pyrotechnics, and performed a first dance that ended with a dazzling array of sparklers. The electricity remained in the air for the rest of the night, and guests knew they were experiencing the party of a lifetime! Keeping up with the blazing atmosphere, Maharani Susan slipped out of her lux white gown into a fiery, hot pink lehenga. Matching her lehenga was the powerful pink decor adorning the Irving Convention Center from floor to ceiling. The design house at Bebe’s Decor completely transformed the space into a glittering venue fit for a Queen. We were especially obsessing over the stage setup and the dreamy floral wall. Utter romance! The evening took a wild turn as 1Amazing DJ Service cranked up the lighting and musical entertainment. The night ended as Susan, Simon, and their guests gyrated on the dance floor to the sensational sonic stylings of 1Amazing DJ Service. Such an epic celebration! As we perused the photos of Susan and Simon’s Dallas, TX South Asian wedding, our hearts were filled with gratitude at the beauty of this romantic soiree! Here at Maharani Weddings, we know that planning an over the top Indian wedding is no easy feat, since it consists of streamlining many ceremonies, events, and details. Today, we feature a dazzling fusion wedding intermingling Christian and Indian traditions. Maharani Susan’s special day started off with a morning filled to the brim with festive fun in her bridal suite. She received a bridal glow from Pam Lux Makeup surrounded by her bubbly bridesmaids and couture finery. Her final look featured lush waves, glamazon makeup, and an angelic white wedding dress festooned with floral appliques and pearls galore! What a doll. And we dare you not to smile when Susan and Simon meet for their precious first look. We are definitely witnessing true love in action when they embrace in the picturesque Dallas sunshine. Welcome back to the blissful love tale celebrating Maharani and Shawn. For her wedding day the bride revolutionized the saying “pretty in pink” and donned a gorgeous blush pink lengha with a bold dupatta. Hair and makeup by Maliha Khan was left with a subtle glow that was the perfect parallel to the valiant gold jewelry that rested elegantly against the suit. Maharaja Shawn donned a contrasting sherwani that just radiated in these images captured by MaxPhoto NY. The botanical gardens of the outdoor venue was whimsical and charming and a lovely modernized twist to customary Indian traditions. After the wedding commenced guests were invited back to the Castle Royale for the grand reception party. Maliha Khan returned to make this bride into a party princess and hair was left loose and makeup, bold. Guests dined on cuisine hand crafted in house that was paired with wedding cake from Palermo’s Custom Bakery. Kaotic Soundz DJs brought the Bollywood flair and left the dance floor packed at all times. We are excited to view the cinematic film captured by MaxPhoto NY.
