“This is the start of something beautiful,” went the background song of the wonderful wedding film of Ashwinee and Jeremy - totally apt and definitely gave us goosebumps! This one is a story for the ages, and the way Live Picture Studio brought it to life was simply admirable. The entire film flowed like a narrative, kind of like a symphony that leaves you speechless at the end. Ashwinee and Jeremy’s fusion wedding blended Indian and Jewish traditions in a distinctive manner, and Chetali Shah Gumaste of Wedding Elegance NYC ensured that it was planned and executed seamlessly. Hyatt Regency Jersey City was the perfect venue, and the outdoor spot chosen for the ceremony was so scenic and picturesque with the skyline and waterfront views. It was truly a moment of glory for Sachi Sood, who was instrumental in executing the cultural fusion. A chuppah-style mandap was set up in the outdoors, and it had a bit of everything - rustic charm through the floral arrangements on top, organza and sequin drapes brought in the glam factor, and white pillars to neutralize everything and gel in with the thematic decor. A highlight of this film was that Live Picture Studio emphasized on the significant and sentimental moments by juxtaposing the right beats at the right time. We also loved how we got to hear their love story through family and friends. Ashwinee’s momentous walk down the aisle was cinematically dramatized and really added a certain oomph to the video. Accompanied by her parents, Ashwinee blushed as she walked down in a quintessential red ornate lehenga that she paired with a statement matha patti and bejeweled choker. Pauline Nobles did a terrific job overall with the hair and makeup, but the side-swept, braided low bun was particularly noteworthy. For the ballroom reception, Sachi Sood combined vintage, Art Deco style frames with modish decor elements like crystals and sequined ivory drapes. Everything looked super grandiose and surreal, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching Ashwinee and Jeremy waltzing in their western ensembles. All the guests seemed to have a ball dancing to the beats of the DJ from Sunny Entertainment, and taking fun, kooky pictures at the photo booth. Hit play and revel in this cinematic feature!
